Hi!
I'm using the 'Battery Indicator Pro' App and normally I love it!
But as soon as I put it in the dock/cradle, the application crashes (multiple times), even with USB transfer mode off
Anyone else experiences this? Can I help it somehow? I don't want to get rid of the app but I use the dock daily and this matter is annoying...

After a very few days I have this amazing phone,
I managed to install on it Cognition v1.5 & Speedmod T27 kernel.
Im very satisfied with the results, but I have some questions left open which I hope you can help me with:
1. There's a 1sec delay when turning the screen on. Is it because the CPU is set to 200MHz while the device is sleeping? Is there a (safe) way to deal with it?
2. I still have my old Capdase usb charger from my old iphone, it has 2USB exits and its "works with iphone" crap. It outputs 1A. Can I safely use it? *Worth to mention that my (original) home charger outputs 0.7A
3. While taking a photo there's a delay from the second I press the button till the time it finishes saving and allows me to take the next photo. is it normal? I shoot 8MP photos.
4. What is the fastest protocol to copy to/from the device files from my computer? Which protocols do I need Kies installed and which I dont?
To upload photos/songs/movies do I have to use Kies?
5. Can I add to the standard lockscreen more details? Like new emails?
6. Is there a good car application? One that will recognize Im in the car once a BT connection was made, and replace the lockscreen for one with few icons of my choice? I guess a profile application is needed seperately, will it consume high power from the battery?
7. I use Hackers keyboard, its great but when Im in landscape mode, there's too many rows, causing the buttons to be very small. I wish to know if there's a good settings you know to make it have bigger buttons on landscape (even removing numbers row, which I dont know if possible)
8. I just woke up and found that the device was awake for a long time. even so, It lost only 4-5% during the night..which is ok, as bt,3g was on.
I had also a few applications left open: kies air (just waiting to start, not working with server on!), my orange, gmail..
But it doesnt matters anyway, as they consume only ram (right..?) so...What do I do next, in order to find the cause? or maybe I shouldnt be worried at all? the battery drain was normal for the night.
Its pretty long..I know. I appreciate it if you can help me out.

Ok, I'll bite.
4. I just use usb mass storage mode. Just plug in via USB, and select the option on your phone to enable mass storage mode. I didn't install any of the Samsung crapware. You can copy any files you like to the device this way.
5. No, the stock lockscreen only shows new SMS messages. If you want more information, you could try WidgetLocker. Keep in mind it could impact battery performance though. It's either that, or you flash a custom rom like cm7.
7. Try a different keyboard. I like swiftkey.
8. Assuming you sleep 6 hours + over night, losing 4 - 5% is not something to complain about. That's excellent battery drain for idle.

Yes its a digital camera .

What about the charger? is it safe to use it even tough it outputs 1A (instead of the 0.7A of my home charger)
Does anyone know how to fix this evbridge issue....i have the razr maxx nd its just eating up my battery....i cant find any way to kill it or if its even safe...please help.

Well i have an answer finally for anyone that might be experiencing the same problem and here it is:
1. Turn off Automatic Date/Time/Timezone settings.
2. Change to a time zone that does not match your own.
3. Reboot the phone.
4. Change to your preferred time zone, do NOT enable Automatic Date/Time/Timezone.
5. Launch Webtop
You should now be free of the evbridge deadloop/current drain issue as long as you don't re-enable the Auto settings. We are working on a fix, at this time we cannot say whether or not it will be in the next maintenance release but there will be an update to Webtop which will have it fixed.

I have a DNA that I have in my car and never take out. I use it for all sorts of things to replace my radio ect..
I have it connected to the charger but I want to be able to download an app that will force it to go into deep sleep when not charging. (ie: when the car isn't on.)
I was thinking of different ways I could help prevent the battery from draining when my car isn't started since I won't be using it.
The key is to be as lazy as possible without having to touch the phone to turn it off/on.
Does anyone know of an app or apps that would help turn the phone on/off when charging or just key features like the screen, LTE, cpu freq?

Hi all,
I've spent a while now trying to get a device to connect faster to wifi that I'm using as dedicated GPS navigation. I hotspot to the device from my phone for traffic data but it takes 30 seconds or so before it finds my hotspot.
I have tried a few wifi manager apps but it seems as if they are limited by Nougat's scan refresh rate as they all perform the same, i.e there is no difference.
I have also tried adding wifi.supplicant_scan_interval=2 to build.prog for a 2 second update but it had no effect.
The device is always on charge so obviously battery life is of no importance.
Please could anyone advise?
