I was trying games like NFS Most wanted etc.. And what happens is.. The first time I opened it they asked me to download 609 mb.. I downloaded it and tried playing.. Since nothing was visible.. I exit the game.. And started it again... Then it again asked me download 609 mb.. Any idea why this is happening? I have Project Doge ROM with Kash Kernel v 2.7..

Why don't u try dowoading the extra data by urself..i mean don't let the game download it...download the whole package and place the required folder in android/obb...
that alwayse does the job for me..

Do multitouch work in Gallery?

I've got the same problem.Dual touch work fine in 3d gallery.In stock Album app don't.In Death space work fine too.But in pes don't.Sory for my badd english.I will be glad if someone help us.
I dont remember maybe i saw it in andyx thread,download the latest version...ax8mt.ko...Put it in the root /system/lib/modules then type in terminal emulator first su to accept by superuser then insmod /system/lib/modules/tun.ko then reboot...Hope it help...

Two days ago i also tried out ''DonutHD2.1'' with ''XperiaS built 309 custom'' but the only game i played was Angry Birds which was running amazingly, no lags no nothing.

With error in zip do you mean when you install in recovery? Because if you try to install any of Fera's zips with clockworkmod they'll fail, but xrecovery works fine

I did not download it yet, neither played it.
Usual process is: download game from app store (google or samsung), install, start game & download further data packages.
For using chainfire: install, download Nvidia plugin (and other plugins if needed), select the plugin in settings
After that start the game again and it should work (if it is the normal process, Dead Trigger for instance requires adjustments in a config file).

2.download and install chainfire 3d from market.
3.open chainfire3d and click on install cf3d driver.after installing drivers it will show you many options.
4.select install plugins (search Google for plugins)..it will show you list of plugins available in your sd card..install all of them
5.select DEFAULT OPENGL SETTINGS
5a.for pro users please select per-app openGL settings and select 9mm HD from the list..make sure USE DEFAULT SETTINGS is unchecked..
6.select use plugins and select power VR plugins
7.watch this video for modification in build.prop who is facing error DEVICE IS NOT SUPPORTED..change your model to Nexus S (don't forget to backup your build.prop and restarting your device after modification in build.prop)

9.now you can replace build.prop with original one
10.enjoy playing game

I know this is not the right thread and my apologies for it. I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 and i tried updating the build.prop but it just doesnt work. It wont boot after the build.prop change. Does anybody know what could be the issue or is there anything else that needs to change besides setting the model to Nexus S? Do we have to change the product as well?
Change ro.product.model=GT-I9300 to
ro.product.model=Nexus S in build.prop file..
You don't need to change anything else

Ok, i was very happy with my X-gamer 2.0 GB rom, even getting that "package file is invalid" error i found a thread here in xda telling how to fix this (create a 2nd partition on sd card and use link2sd to link apps data cache to this partition), but sudenly some of my apps couldn't be found anymore, including rootexplorer and google play. So i restored a CWM backup and the problem presisted (even that the backup wasn't having this issue before), so i decided to change the rom to AtoMic 7.0 GB.
Now i'm getting the "package file is invalid" error like X-Gamer rom and i don't want that anymore. I deleted the 2nd partition and now i want a GB rom that doesn't get this error. Something that both roms have must be causing this.
So, which GB rom (i want one fast, for gaming without lag) i can use that doesn't have this issue??

I dint tried X-Gamer and Atomic GB roms..
I tried Gin2Jellybean , XtremeGb n Codename X.. these r very fast and smooth roms... and never faced the issue u have mentioned ..

Well, i just tried Gin2Jellybean and i got the same error. Do you have a partition on your sd card? How much apps do you have installed? Where is your apps cache saved?

yes i hav partition (1 GB)
around 20 apps.. app cache in the internal memory..
i think its better u format ur sd card.. and create 2nd partition again.. den u ll nt face dis error

That's why you don't get the error, you don't have enough apps. If you had like 90 or 100 apps you would have the same error and would be needed to link the cache in this partition...
This sucks, but i think is the only way to use good GB roms...

Why not try ICS?
Hey I know you're looking for only GB roms. But why not take a look at the XPERIA HD rom? Those are pretty neat and really fast for gaming. (At least my old phone did), it runs on stock ics too if you want. Or else you could try Ice Cream Pureness (but development slowed to a stop for that one I believe)
