When i'm charging the phone and end a call the charging led turns off, Also when the screen is on the charging led stucks on. Have any way to fix it?

I upgraded the firmware of my Xperia X10 to 2.1
The new firmware supports charging while the mobile is switched off. But the problem is that while charging like this the screen back light continuously glows. Is there any way to shut down the screen back light after certain amount of time?
You can hardly describe it as "glowing", turn it over if it's really that big of a deal.
what he means its the background light stays on..............that background light drains more battery actually........what you can do is the old way.......phone turned on, screen off in flight mode....

Then there is a problem with the phone if it's completely switched off and the backlight stays on.

I think thats the only way we can charge our xperia's battery in a better way till someone finds any work around for the back light issue while charging the switched off mobile.

this really is one of those "first world problems", but it is bothering me indeed..
I noticed that the "charging" led only comes on when the phone is plugged in but turned off.
I'd like for it to always be on while charging, whether turned on or off, and ideally for it to change color once charge has reached 100%.
Tried Light Flow, but doesn't seem to work.. any ideas?
I'm using lightflow and its working fine for me. It flashes orange while charging and green when it reaches 100%. It only flashes phone screen is locked though.
My charging LED does not come on at all when plugged in.....
For the record, when mine is powered off and plugged in I get the Battery display with a cool liquid filled battery as well as a notification light.
its a motorola thing. When ur device is on and charging the led light won't be on. Its the same on the xoom. Unless until some dev makes a custom kernel
Hello everybnody, i'm new on this forum, i got a new device , a spanish brand called Szenio model 50-QHD
Everything works great but i have a problem when charging, when i plug in the charger it shows it is charging and after screen turns off, i turn on screen to see the charging process and it shows : please plug in the charger, like the charger wasn't connected. When i'm using the phone while charging it is charging but when i turn off the screen phone stop charging, i can't understand why, even when phone is off and shows only battery animation, after charging 2% percent stop charging and turns off, pleae somebody help me i don't know what is the problem, i'm using the STOCK ROM.

is there a way to completely turn of the led when charging the phone? Its quite bright and annoying at night ...

Try Lightflow. I believe it's capable of turning the LED off during charging.
Gravity box has this feature as well.
Good day, I hope you can help me for this kind of issue of Z2, i only just change the sim then it turn off, now my z2 wont turn on just vibrate but noting shows even the sony logo, and when I charge it, red light blinking and vibrating over and over again, i try to overnight charge still wont turn on and it keeps red light blinking and vibrating , i hope someone can help me to fix this kind of problem, thank !

Well, the only thing which comes to my mind is try to flash the Rom via Flashtool. I had my z2 in this stagw after installing twrp.
Flashmode and fastboot should work so look for tutorials how to flash rom
