Does anyone get loud background static noise when recording videos? Whether it be 4k or 1080p in a silent room the video will produce a lot of noise

Yup, very hissy in quiet to medium ambient videos

Are you holding on the mic? Happened to me too, then I found out where the mic was and I stopped holding there.
No, just in videos where the ambient sound is quite low there is a definite and easily audible hiss.

Guys there is a problem when I use the speaker when making online calls eg viber and tango. There is a strange noise but it only occurs when using the speaker. If the person I am talking to mutes his Mic then the sound stops. So it is a problem with outputting the sound. But the speaker works fine during normal phone calls and games and music etc.

Sounds like a typical white noise VOIP.
I don't think it is white noise because as the volume increase the sound does. If the volume Is low or the person isn't speaking the sound is low.

The sound increases as the persons voice increases and his voice sounds robotic. It sounds a bit like a police siren.

Does anyone know of a line in recording app that uses the headphone jack to capture the audio? I mix sound using sound boards and would love to capture a clean signal directly from the board.
I did a search but came up empty. If it had a clean ui and worked well, it would be worth paying for.

Is it me or is the loudspeaker on the Note weak? I mean this is my third samsung phone, in all 3 phones the loudspeaker had to be turned all the way up to hear it enough. I had to sky rockets and 2 notes. When I'm using the speaker phone to talk to people it's very loud even at 50 percent. it's when I am listening to music or watch media I have to turn it all the way up to sound comfortable. I mean don't get me wrong, when it's a 50 percent you can still hear it but as far as the ringer is, It has to be turned all the way up to hear it completely. Even to listen to music at 50 percent,is really low especially when you're at work. This is my second Note, and they both sound exactly the same. Is this normal?

Just took a few pictures with and without flash in the dark of a log fire, my music paused or stopped with each..
Is this normally? , can it be fixed, surely the CPU can handle both at once??

Thats normal. All phones do this. Imagine recording a video and listening music... lol

It's because of the shutter sound. GS3 has it on by default and can't be disabled due to laws in some countries. Unless you root of course.. or use alternative camera app with no shutter sound.
Basically guys my z2 has the Netflix and games audio delay bug.
Try it yourself when watching Netflix sound is about 0.5 seconds out.
Would a custom rom fix this? If yes I'm doing it today.

i tested headphones with netflix, but built in speaker with games...
did u try turning off the noise cancelling? I could imagine, that this produces a little delay.
