Towelroot just won't work on this phone! i tried already all the so called "one click root " solutions available on the internet with no success so far

After performing root, download and install SuperSU. Assign root rights to it, update binary, and then NOT restart - wait a while, SuperSU itself offers uninstall the original KingUser. Uninstall KingRoot.
Restart.

Hello I had updated my tablet in 23.4.A.1.264 but to facilitate root I have submitted into 23.4.A.1.232 I try to root with Kingroot but when its comes to 70% I have an error .

If I remember correctly 23.4.A.1.232 is Android Version 5.1.1. You will need to downgrade to 5.04 for kingroot to work.

Then Kingroot is enough to get permanent root (I especially interested in TitaniumBackup and Writing to SDCARD)?

Unfortunately I don’t have a direct link. I personally used Emma to downgrade (http://developer.sonymobile.com/services/flash-tool/how-to-download-and-install-the-flash-tool/). Then installed kingsroot to root my device.

Once Kingsroot is done you will be able to run apps that require root access.

Rooting can hard brick your vivo phone it's still unstable to root but I suggest buy a new vivo v3 I think some other vivo's can be rooted but not on Y series

So, I wanna ask if it is possible to root CAM-L21 without unlocking the bootloader (since it cost money.) I have already search a lot of ways to root it either by using rooting apps or using pc to root it but it still won't work and I'm out of options but to ask.
I also tried the emui website but it was taken down (based on what i saw on some post) and now you have to buy unlock code for bootloader.
I saw a post about how Huawei P8 lite and Y6 II is similar. I wanted to know if there is a Android 5.0 stock rom for CAM-L21 and see if the post i saw about downgrading then rooting it works.
