Do you only care about looks of 4.2.2 or 4.4.2 or functionality too?
There are some System UI's in the themes and apps.. take a look at them.
And people are so helpful here.. of course they'll port a 4.2.2 or 4.4 system ui coz we want it..
Stock ui looks worst !!!

Well,if you do it I'll be very grateful! The new UI is amazing...And 4.2.2 is far away for the moment,4.1.2 is good enough.

if u want just honami look then simply install or modded honomi apps with framework..many threads are there in app section..

I have some Honami mods on my phone right now but it would be awesome if we had a complete ROM.
The developers have been working their asses off for 4.2.2 (CM10,AOSP,etc) and i'm grateful for that,their work is awesome! I wanted to ask,though if it is possible to port a 4.2.2 ROM from Sony and if so,are there plans for it? Thanks in advance.

Nope,they can't port Sony 4.2.2 ROM,except Xperia go or P gets official 4.2.2 then they can port it from them.

I don't think P/Go will get 4.2.2,not even Xperia S will get it..I really wanted a Sony 4.2.2 ROM,a lot of cool features and stuff! Can we port those to a 4.2.2 ROM and theme it like Sony?

we can only port CyanogenMod 10.1 and mod them to Sony style.

We will need to have fully working CM10.1 first,then we can start modding it to Sony Stock JB 4.2.2 Style.
Here you can find Xperia SP Keyboard for JB ROMS. I have tested it on stock and Existenz 2.1.5/3.0.0. It also works on CM 10.2. Please test and provide feedback.
Personally I found Xperia Z1S keyboard to be laggy while opening emoji so I ported Xperia SP keyboard. It is very fast. It also consumes less memory than Z1S keyboard.

it's for sonys but maybe work on ur phone if u install CM as it work on CM but it's still maybe

No buddy, that will not work. Even if you take CM 10.0 Systemui.apk as Samsung has modified th true experience of android in a large scale.

system ui of 4.2.2 can't be ported to 4.1.2... their base frameworks are totally different..
but cm10.0 system ui can be ported... coz it's based on 4.1.x..
and afaik samsung phones dont' modified the base framework.. it just added the tw-framework.. so that's not a big problem..
so guys here is the SystemUI.apk and framework-res.apk from cm10.0.. i hope you can port it.. :fingers-crossed:
