Helllo , i want to change my rom but when i connect my Samsung galaxy ace GT-S5830i with my pc to flash it
with odin 3 v1.84 , odin does not recognize my GT-5830i.
i don't have downloadmode, but i have ( factorymode) .
i have already installed :
« SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones.zip » and « KIES »
.
i have ANDOID SYSTEM RECOVREY (3e) , i try to install the rom from The SD CARD but it shows an error message:
E: signature verification failed
Signature verification failed
Installation aborted
i try to disable signature verification but i don't have this option in the ANDOID SYSTEM RECOVREY (3e).
-after i try to install ClockWorkmod but it shows the same message.
-I could root-it with « KINGO » .
-I try to use « MOBILE ODIN LITE » but no result.
PS :I THINK THAT MY GT-S5830i HAD BEEN FLASHED WITH A CHINESE VERSION.

What you have is a clone of Galaxy Ace S5830i. I don't think anything intended for Galaxy Ace S5830i will work with the clone maybe because of different hardware.

Connect device to PC via ADB and from terminal run
adb devices
Then
adb reboot recovery
From recovery make factory reset ....
This works if your device is connected to adb (enabled)before it get locked else you will be not enable to grant adb acesss due to lock
