You'll find some buttons are hidden so do this:
Download xposed installer
Download app settings (one of the module used to change DPI)
Now install both the installer and its module....check app settings module install module and reboot....
Select adapt sound under app settings
Now select DPI it will b 0 (default) change it to 200...
Now hit the save button and return to adapt sound in widget drawer.....now its usable bro...enjoy....let the headphones adapt your ears.....

the reason i adviced to install light jb v1.2 because it doesn't have samsung apps......and this apk can be easily installed...

i'm sorry i'll remove this app maybe it requires an IR BLASTER to work.....
but can be used as a fancy widget............ if you want i'll keep it ...

i've tested it as you can see in the screenshots!!!
otherwise just try to push the apk into system/app in root explorer and give permission as rw-r-r and reboot....
