So hello guys since I flashed the official firmware 431 for neo v I delete some applications that my provider have to my phone like wisepilot and UEFA but when I reboot my phone those applications reinstall to my phone I deleted it again I reboot the phone and again the applications reinstall to my phone,I don't know what to do

Delete those apps from: system\etc\product\applications
btw. are you sure you don't do anything else except restart? like wipe cache and dalvik-cache or kernel flash?
those apps shouldn't re-install on simple restart, only on wipe stuff from data or kernel re-flash.

So here I am again with similar problem again,I flashed the 587 firmware today and when I restart my phone some of the widgets that I have disappear I put them again I reboot my phone and again they disappear

Stock widgets(which came as default with .587 fw), or some custom widgets?
With custom like set CPU widgets and the official image gallery widget and its not the only thing,I put for example the dolphin browser at the app drawer and when I reboot it disappear I put go sms to app drawer and I again reboot and disappear the only thing that remains in the app drawer is the call icon nothing else,and I have one more problem when I reboot my phone it says that a new update is available the 587 firmware that I already install

About fw notification, have you flashed custom kernel?
About app drawer, I think you mean dock(that thing that you see on standby in the bottom part of the phone), because app drawer is thing that shows when you press on middle icon in dock, right?
You use some custom launcher or sony stock?
I flashed night elfs kernel 1.5,yes I mean at dock sorry for the missunderstand,I use the stock one from Sony Ericsson

That is the reason why you get update notification, which is ~14MB's, right?
anw, it's because ether kernel is based on older fw, or sony update center see that something is not how it should be, so it trys to update it.
My advice is to uninstall updatecenter.apk.

Hm, I didn't have that kind of problems and unfortunately I don't know what is the cause. Could be some app or file which you uninstalled or removed, while you were trying to remove apps from your original post.
You are right dude at 431 firmware I used the same kernel without any problem so I guess its the new firmware problem thank you I remove the update and its ok now,then I have to search it somehow to find the solution cause it makes me mad,thank you for all the help

My advice, start from beginning, do clean flash, and start removing apps and files, and check after to see what is causing your problem.
Sometimes stock widgets don't work with custom launchers and may act strangly, but stock widgets should work with stock launcher.
I use stock widgets like photo gallery widget and I use the stock Launcer

Here is the latest stock ROM for L3 E400 in zip format (for flashing through CWM recovery). This could be useful as base for ROM chefs or for the user that wants to customize on their own.
Added root (Super SU), deodexed and zipaligned. No modification other than that, so you should get the same feeling as flashing from kdz.
Installation
1. Download the zip file and put in your phone
3. Backup as necessary (from CWM, titanium backup, etc.) -- don't blame me if you lose anything after installing this
3. Enter CMW recovery. Its is recommended to do full wipe (wipe data + cache + dalvik cache) before install this.
4. Install from zip and choose the downloaded file.
5. Reboot after flashing finished. First boot will take awhile so just be patient.

I've tried it and the link still works, maybe your network is down
Downgrading from CM9 to this doesn't work . I followed all the steps (including the wiping) but it just hangs during booting. I keep seeing the LG logo, nothing happens.
EDIT: Solved it by downloading a kdz firmware file and flashing it with emergency mode (hold vol up + vol down during power on)
i think u should use format option as system, cache,data,... i am not sure because i never use them. it seem to be dangerous

i am in minicm9 sdmerge, so i can use format emmc in cwm to clean system better before reverting to this stock rom. anyone just try this option can answer me, it can brick?

SDmerged system no longer have EMMC. It won't brick, but it's also pointless to do so.
I get status 6 error when i flash step 4 after fresh install of this rom help?

i misunderstanded that this option will format all internal memory as: cache,boot,system,data,...because i searched and some one said they 're bricked àfter formating emmc: emmc = internal sdcard, so format it not effect to system,boot,.. that's true? sorry for my bad eng
