You do not need to wipe as long as you do not experience any problem (this is the way I do it ). Note however: some (rare) firmware releases are "wipe releases", i.e. they will wipe your phone automatically. Therefore be sure to make a nandroid backup before upgrading.
Can someone help me, where I can get a stock Australian firmware for my I9300T model?? I need to send my phone for warranty purposes so need to reflash to stock firmware. If I remember correctly the ROM that was installed on it before was a Vodafone stock. Thanks in advance.

Did you flash the full firmware via Odin? What do you use to check the bootloader?
I also flashed a deoxed zipaligned roms via cwm that obviously didn't get flash the new Bootloaders. So I wonder how to flash without wiping the phone

If you have a battery problem, investigate it. You WON'T fix it by changing ROM (ELLA/ELLB/ELLC are effectively the same with localisation).

Yes, you can. Chose a country with same mobile network frequencies. Factory reset after you flash.

The last 4.1.2 PDA for vietnam was MF6. So go for some other country.
It is alphebetical , so MF6 is lower than MG4
