Yep, use "galaxy s3 toolkit" from android development
Or flash "cf-root" with odin
I've gone through the forum but nothing worked. Also Superuser oneclick isn't installing on my PC

The safest - quickest way is with using a computer .I don't know or even seen root being given throughout the device itself.
Why don't you want to do it without a computer?
I do not have a computer '.. I've read on google if the device could be but with framaroot ... so where can I get framaroot, the update file. zip?? ..

Very few phones can be rooted without a computer. Can you unlock your boot loader without a computer? If you can, you can use a custom recovery and flash a ROM that has root enabled.

Try using vroot.apk.it can root almost any device.
