there are themes that you can download on this forum but far as "signal bar battery" that's CM7 stuff. I hope I'm right with the themes.

In that thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1136199 in post 2 is a patch for a clear pull down and 5 bar signal. Thats all there is so far.
There are some guys doing custom lock rings which is cool. I have downloaded some of them

I have my Dark Horse theme that is 95% done that will support Sense 3.0
It is not posted yet though. Post 666 hmmmm.

Does anyone have or can make a stock skin for sense 3.0? I think it would come in handy to have a skin I can install that just changes notification bar, lockring, clock and Rosie to stock. Also, green highlights. Some of the roms are awesome but I'm not big on all the theming and this way it would work on all roms. Please comment with a +1 if interested in this as well.
Edit: steal25 has come through a couple posts down with two versions of the stock skin. Please thank him for helping out.

Thats pretty damn close man thanks. Is it supposed to change the notification bar to stock? That's really the only thing missing. How hard would that be for someone to change?

hmmm....well i don't know if its just virus' rom that is causing it but everything changes but the notification bar still.
Edit: I just wanted to add that I installed another skin and it changed the notification bar so its something with that apk.

Here is the mod to remove the wifi off icon in the top left of the screen. It also removes the notification in the pulldown, and gets rid of the dim wifi bars when your wifi is on but not connected to anything. Just flash the zip in recovery. I figured I would post it here so it would be easier to find than reading through all the rom thread. Ive added a second version that also removes the ongoing notification that stays in your pulldown saying your connected to wifi tap here to go settings.

Yeah it should work fine, but you should just update to 1.0.3 it has some bug fixes like mms actually works

Do you mean the persistent reticule? That's an option during initial installation when you are selecting components to remove.

Has anyone noticed there screen turning on randomly after flashing this or is it just me? Everything worked fine like it removed the icon, just the day I flashed it my screen started randomly coming on for a few seconds after I turned it off. Any ideas? Oh I flashed version 2.

It should have nothing to do with this mod. All it does is remove a few images show they dont show up. My rezound did that all the time though on all roms before I got rid of it.

What about if you didn't choose to remove it when installing and want it gone now? It's not *that* intrusive, I guess, but it'd be nice to make it go away.
