actually u need a custom recovery for that, and mediapad link doesnt have that, the devs doesnt care about our mediapad link, no dev at all is working to port a custom recovery for it, then custom ROMs etc will be possible

I bought ZTE blade c v807(V889s), its build os is 4.1 and i want to update/upgrade it to 4.3 or 4.4.
My mobile already rooted.i found a link contains 4.4 ROM,but its not working

There is a 4.2.2 custom ROM on needrom.com available (Language CN/EN/RU). It is the only custom ROM I have seen so far. Give it a try..
any update.. did u use the rom.. how is its performance.. cwm link please

Yes is roms 4.4.2 for this phone,also allview viper i is the same phone with Fly IQ4410i Phoenix2, Gionee ctrl v5, Walton Primo H3, here is a link with all roms but is in russian,try google translate http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=585818
