Battery & RAM Tweaking Guide
**Performance Tweaks**
-> DISABLE AUTOMATIC BRIGHTNESS
-> ENABLE AUTOMATIC BACKLIGHT FILTERING
-> WIPE CACHE
-> WIPE DALVIK CACHE
-> ENABLE ZRAM (18%)
-> ENABLE PURGING OF ASSETS
-> REBOOT
Also, after installing all the apps via ZIPs
-> FIX PERMISSIONS via CWM
-> REBOOT
Fixing permissions will make sure there isn't any unwanted FCing.
Charge your Battery to a 100%:
-> WIPE BATTERY STATS
-> REMOVE Charger
-> Use for complete cycle (to nearly 10%)
-> Do not reboot anywhere in between
-> CHARGE to 100% (and give additional 1 hour after that)
-> Enjoy COMPLETE BATTERY CYCLE
This ensures that when your battery shows 5% remaining, it actually is 5% instead of really being 15%. That's why battery calibration is important. It doesn't improve battery life, but gives you your COMPLETE Battery life.

Your phone sips the least amount of power when it is in DEEP SLEEP STATE. There is a new app in the marketplace which can FORCE DEEP SLEEP STATE on your phone. This is especially useful if you want the phone to conserve battery for hours and then wake up for a minute and sync all new alerts in one go. This can help prolong your usage on a single charge.

**BATTERY CALIBRATION**
FOR THOSE WITH BATTERY PROBLEMS:
1.After flashing your phone with a new ROM, install this software:
BATTERY CALIBRATOR on Play Store - 47 KB size
2.Then, charge your phone to 100%.
3. IMPORTANT. Remove CHARGER first.
4. IMMEDIATELY hit "Battery Calibration" (1 or 2 seconds delay is fine, wait for BATTERY voltage to drop and be stable)
5. Use your phone normally (don't charge in between) till it hits 1%.
6. Then charge your phone UNINTERRUPTED (leave it for charging all night) till 100%.
7. Unplug and start using. You should be having as little as 2-3% battery drain for 6-8 hours of IDLING now. That's the optimization of a calibrated battery.

i was about to install this rom, i just want to know if it is safe to restore back up from mybackup root/pro?

Suggest you make a full CWM backup and then install ROM
I use Titanium Backup and it WORKS 100%. Haven't used MyBackUp Pro, but what exactly are you backing up? It depends on that too!

Umm, the ROM ZIP download is on the FIRST PAGE. You don't need to download ANYTHING ELSE except my ROM ZIP.

That depends on the video and aspect ratio of the video!!
Try playing with MX Player once if still giving issues.

Video plays fine on MX player but not on Movie App. I also experiencing force closed on Movie App but its not a big deal everything is running smoothly

Steps for install & Optional Tweaks
All neo L users ! Here is more noob friendly steps to get ROM working :
1.Flash NxtNeoL by b00tbu9 <----- For unlock BL only
2.Boot into CWM
3.Go to Mount & Storage :
Mount Cache and Format cache
Mount System and Format System
Mount Data and Format Data
Mount SD-ext and Format SD-ext
Go to Advance
Wipe Dalvik Cache
4.Now hit back and select install zip from SD Card
And choose Revolution Xperia NEO L.zip
5.After finish go to Advance again and choose wipe batter stats
Now reboot phone
Go away for 5-10 Mins
6.And then reboot in CWM again and flash fix neo l ultimate.zip
7. ( Optional) Flash Adreno Libs by bamsbamx and Seeder v2 by Leajianto boost gaming experience
Edit : If you find that wifi not working then you need to flash this wififix WifiFix
Finally get a Custom ICS Stock Based ROM 100% Working

Done everything...libs are installed successfully. But game is not working. it just start and immediately close. not working games.
But other things are working smoothly.
in walkman player there is one error while playing songs....sound enhancement forcefully stop..but still songs are playing as it as.

Is true, need port the apps first... ICS 4.0.4= Sdk 15, JB 4.2.2= Sdk 17, conclusion: The apps don't works with the Superuser mod... you need port xD
Ps: Prove with the ports for JB 4.1.2... maybe works xD
This ROM is a system backup of stock ics 4.0.4 (use any stock ics kernel once it's stock compatible) from CWM
Must be restored too much work to put together by user multiple patches could be a bit tricky
for those who need help on how to restore:fingers-crossed:
Restore
download and unzip ROM place the folder "2013-09-16.17.07.21" in "sdcard/clockworkmod/backup"
reboot into recovery wipe system data cache and dalvik go to backup and restore and select restore

Per app DPI
Honami widgets and systemui

Very good rom
I love dual panel in settings. Goes better with landscape mode but it looks good in portrait too. It makes the Xperia Play look like it has a much bigger screen resolution
Small apps are a bit unstable, specially when recizing (mini browser), but otherwise they work properly. Mini browser doesnt load some images even when having showing images enabled and doesn't have back button, but that's app related, not rom issues.
Good gaming performance and smooth ui. I discovered ui gets much much smoother with lulzactive governor, you notice the change immediately. This is a great rom for daily use
Will the development of this rom continue???
Forgot to mention that I had another issue installing/upgrading apps with Google Play (something like "an error occurred with network feedback SED 11" which I can't remember exactly ), BUT IT GETS FIXED by rewiping cache and dalvik cache after installing this rom (you ovbously have to wipe it before install).
And again, good rom!!!

no ... First you have to unlock the BL ... Lupus use ICS + GB v7

Rom: KLICK Mirror: GDrive
Kernel: As boot.img in Rom-zip
Installation:
Turn off Sola
Start Flashtool and connect Sola in fastboot mode
Flash the boot.img-Kernel
Disconnect Sola
Restart Sola and boot into CWM
Wipe Data/Factory, Dalvik and /system
Mount your Sola as Mass Storage at PC and copy the Rom-zip on your SD
Install zip from SDCard -> Rom-zip you've copied
Once again a Data/Factory Reses
Reboot System
Wait for Booting (long time)
Wait for Power-Off button and press it
Start Sola and boot into CWM and install the Update
Restart and enjoy!

Nope but .100 is the latest ported Stock JB and some people (including me) say that .100 is running better than .400
