Try searching xda for roms
In my opinion resurrection remix, Archidroid, is fairly stable and battery efficient

yeah im running with RR right now and im so happy with this build
i havent seen archidroid as of this moment but ill try searching it

I have never had the problem of random reboots on any version of RR. But then I not merely wiped, but formatted my phone, which prior to installing RR was stock.
Can you post the Resurrection_Remix_KK_v5.1.5-20140610-meliusltexx.zip file? The original file on mediafire was removed.

Hi, i've searched everywhere for this rom for my mega gt-i9205 since the official 4.4.2 update made my touchscreen stop working (fixed with a 4.2 custom rom which has flaws)... i would much appreciate if you could send me a download link to this file please

yes those are complete rom's .. just make your backup make a factory reset wipe cache and dalvic flash the rom and the gapps .

installed and running great
think i'll try a few of the others too, now i found one that works (i love the pitch black setting).
i found a thread on how to put the play store on to get my radio,maps & navigation back, so i'm happy

i had mixed luck with them... none seemed to work with my gear 2 watch without errors & one (LS-KK-v3.0-2014-03-12-meliusltexx, i think), disabled my modem so i couldn't make calls or use wifi (broadband unknown) and it still wouldn't work after i flashed known working roms.. i was up till 8am flashing lol.
managed to sort it with a 4.4 stock rom odin flash which disabled the touchscreen again then flashed it with phils touch then twrp then used the 4.2 megafire rom... i think that's enough playing for me
shame, because i liked the look of the LS-KK-v3.0... i just couldn't find a modem flash :/

thanks @alexischino for sharing this with us and I wanted to try out resurrection remix as well but when I try to download the file it says " folder links are not yet supported" can you please tell me what it means?
Hi guys i have i9300(int) and i have unlimited internet data with udp port 9200 with finch vpn.When i install cyanogenmod 11 m3 or newer or paranoidandroid or omnirom etc. my gsm network randomly disconnect but when i use stock rom or s5 sensation or blekota s5 it is not disconnect.I flash differnt modems but problem is still continued.Have you got any idea with that problem

It might be some interfering with AOSP based roms, try to see if VPN is disabled in settings when you're using AOSP roms.
I had a problem a while ago with CM also, but managed to fix it by disabling VPN in settings and installing a different app for vpn.

Already vpn disable in settings.There is not a lot of vpn programs use udp 9200 port

Try installing blekota, check to see its working then flash cm afterwards and see if it still works.

I try that but that isnt solution in paranoidandroid 4.6beta 3 it say "No service selected network (AVEA) unavailable but stock rom or blekota no problem like that

You are doing a complete wipe ie reset factory settings, delete /system /data /preload cache and delvik cache etc?

Questions go into the Q&A Area not general thread.
Lollipop is still very new and requires alot more work to get it working as a daily driver.
When that happens there maybe more roms.

Actually I used the CM12 Alpha 4 for 3 days i didn't had any problems the only thing i was fed up about is that i had to enter that data fix code when ever it turn on mobile data .
Trying RessurectionRemix for today, everyting works almost as fine as possible.
Wifi got bugged after rebooting with airplane mode, easily fixed after rebooting again with AP mode off.
So far the only real problem at least for me is a constant wake lock. And no, my phone isn't Murata.

Actually i didn't face any of these problems in CM12 so i'll suggest to give it a try. and also a new release of Nameless rom is out. so will try that over the weekend.
and my phone has a murata chip,
so trust me there were no wifi issues, mobile data as also working fine with the help of the temporary flashable zip file.
so give it a try.

Well... Ive been using it for my sm-a500f for 4 days now and the only problem that i experienced is google chrome and twitter force closes other than that its pretty stable for me

So yesterday I installed TWRP through ODIN and then I flashed the ROM (on A500FU).
Everything went smooth, but the Google Play Services keeps crashing after booting up. I tried reflashing the rom, tried different Gapps (PA, TK, whatever), nothing seems to help, and since a lot of apps are using Google Play Services almost nothing works even if I install APK's. Any ideas on what might be the problem?

They are working fine on mine, try to make wipe then re-flash the GApps again.

Hi, my Galaxy A500FU has some problems: sometimes it hangs and does not response to anything while the screen is off and i have to wait a few hours and then it works again.. also it vibrates in standby like it gets an notification but nothing is showing up. it just vibrates and i dont even touch it or getting anything. it is one short vibrate and not the double vibrate like notifications. ive installed it 3 times with full wipe like i should everytime.. i really like it that u make it possible to get cm on a5 devices , but with the newest build 20150829 i get an error while installing (of course i did full wipe before on my a500fu.. anyone get it too?

Yeah get the error too. I dont know about the not responding for hours, maybe for like 2 seconds but thats about it.:/

Hey guys, so I flashed the recent build of the cyanogenmod 14.1 ROM and after booting and setting it up, i started facing random mobile network drops even when I was on call.
Anyone else facing this issue on the latest official build?

Yes it is common in all cm based ROMs
CM is dead, the issue won't be resolved.

I am on the latest nightly(25 Dec), random network drops are very common. Really need a fix. I read somewhere that installing and reinstalling the ROM will help but I've had no luck so far. Some sources even recommended clearing the cache. Didn't work for me.

Main network drops happening for me when I used to open contact app of pixel experience after disabling that app and using stock contact app solved network drops...network drops also happening while pics sent through WhatsApp and solved by using stock contact app..and now I am using aicp ROM no network issue so far
Also facing the same issue on the AT&T network. Originally from Canada with freedom mobile. Just moved to AMERICA with the same plan (roam). It used to pick up t-mobile and worked flawlessly on cm13 a year ago. Now it only picks up AT&T. Not sure what is contributing to this issue. Wondering if Lineage OS fixed this issue?

After going through the forum of LineageOS 14.1, I found a fix posted by ashwin007. Flash this zip: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-5Wh2nB_hG_N0c2RURDbWRiT2M/view and the network drop issue is completely gone. It worked for me. Most probably it will not because this zip would've been written for the OnePlus X only.
But it won't hurt to try! Just take a full backup with TWRP and flash the zip, if it bricks or there are problems, restore to your older ROM.

You guys still use CM 14.1? I don't even use LineageOS anymore, don't like it. RR 5.8.1 is wayyyyyy better
