I tried doing the root for my Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 with Vroot. Every time I connect the phone to the PC, the software writes to me "?? S7582 (Trend Duos 2) is connected". How can I fix? Is there another way to do the root without deleting the data?

I’ve reinstalled firmware again via Odin.
I’ve changed 2 sim slots and 2 charging motherboards.
What else i should do?
