i have sony u and i can't upload any file and some data as example if i want to upload file to box and i can't do that it's upload some bytes and freez wifi and stop upload i tried many of programs and i can't upload.
i tried emulator is work good an no problem, my adsl speed 256kbps and work good until wifi for my mobile is work good for download and surf internet,i have ICS manual update and stable.
i want to know if all the sony u the same problem or i have a special problem.

I found a wifi sharing app ,its avalible on playstore but its incompatible for our device ,it is the best you can connect many devices you can start a group or you can join a person who has already started a group ,it is not wifi direct ...

Hotfile is your only option, everyone else's links point to those files. I doubt anyone will use their data quota to download it then upload it somewhere else just for you. Use a different internet connection - internet cafe/school/work/whatever.
i have remix os 3.0.202 update through OTA and while there is another latest update x.x.203 i press download button and it crash like an app when it closed i tried many times and i figured there's something wrong with download things .
then i try to download an app from playstore when i press download ( install ) it crash , it happen to when i download something from google chrome . is it some bug or ... pls help and give me a solution thanks
