try tapping four corners of screen in clockwise manner, should bypass sim check

U dnt need to unlock xt912 in india...it works by default frm factory...iam an indian running xt912.

I have a LG P769 from TMobile, how can I use this phone without a tmobile sim card but from another company like my brazilian sim card?

If it is a prepaid phone the alternative SIM may work. Try putting it in. See what happens. You don't need to unlock the boot loader to unlock SIM. Worst case scenario if it asks for an unlock code, power off the device then either contact T-Mobile if there isn't a contract on the phone to get an unlock code or look up SIM unlock online to get unlocking service.

Thank you for the answer, I input the network unlock code and the phone works with any carrier now.
But how can I remove all the tmobile bloatware this phone has? Can I change it to a international unbranded phone?
Check out the v21b (Canada version) wind mobile. It's a nice clean Rom. So much better than the T-Mobile jelly bean

How do I flash this rom? My phone is a p769 10g. Is it easy?
Flash the kdz file or the cwm rooted file in the other post called nandroid backup files in the general area.

After 2 months and counting struggling with my phone..
I think it's better to get your opinion about what model of razr do I have
1st picture based on RSD lite it's shows that Model is Spyder S
2nd picture: capture of my phone while trying to boot into BP Tools (it's bootloop till now) with USB connected, LTE is detected
3rd picture: capture of my phone after flashed with XT910 retail UK jellybean .. Model become XT910, but the technology is CDMA 1xEVDO
I have tried flashing with:
- XT910 firmware, i tried retail UK and O2 UK, flashing process in RSD can be done, but then I got bootloop, only able to boot in BP HW Diag
- XT912 firmware, stuck in flash system
So what model of Razr do I have?
I believe you have the CDMA RAZR, its codename is spyder and is xt912. The gsm RAZR is codenamed utms-spyder

Then there is no doubt about that. Its an XT912, Verizon CDMA (+GSM) version.

then why only firmware from XT910 able to flashed my phone? although it end up with bootloop.
Can you flash firmware for xt910 to xt912 and vice versa?
I have tried to flash with JB firmware for xt912 using rsd lite but it's stuck on system.img
got error phone returned failed.
I used matt's utility but got error :
info preflash validation error during writing boot
and info image bigger than partiion during writing preinstall
now my AP Fastboot status is Receip Failure
I have t-mobile service but I got a gs3 at&t phone I just put in the t-mobile sim card and it said Invalid sim card. If i root the phone will it work or what should i do?
Is it a gt-i9300? I didn't think you could buy this model in the US

Root wont make a sim card work .
Get a new sim .

I have flashed my Verizon S3 to Omni KitKat 4.4.3 version. I am thinking Bootloader is locked means it will unlock this SIM too.
If not how to unlock the SIM to use other carrier. Is there any app for unlock the phone?

Well I have an i9300 - S3 International and am running the last Omni Nightly ROM. The phone SIM is locked so it can not be used as a phone. I would like to know how to unlock the SIM. The motherboard is 2nd hand!!!!
