I know the series has issues with backlight bleed, but how would you rate this bleed and what would you do?

Click to collapse
That is some serious bleed and you should return the tablet for repair or exchange for a new one or a purchase refund.
Thanks.

Noticed some very bad color banding on my new Nexus 9. It's really obvious on the home screen when using lighter colored wall paper. Never had this issue on my N10. Is this par for the course on the N9, or should I have this one replaced?

I have been noticing the same thing on mine. I wonder if we are alone.

So it's been a little over a week and already have an issue with my phone. I like it a lot but wonder if it would be petty to complain about it. Over a few times taking the back off, it's chipped.

I have the same issue unfortunately. I don't really care, I'll buy a new back when needed.

Does anyone have this glitch? I have it after 6.0.1 beta. Its not a big deal just strange.. it goes away after puting the device to sleep and unlocking it again.

The same thing happened to me after upgrading to 6.0.1. It happened with you again?
Yeah, I have had the same glitch prior to 6.0.1 and after installing it. Not sure of cause or whether its worth getting investigated for repair...
Its probably a driver problem.. since I posted this it didnt happen again

So today my gf's L21 got the B140 update, during the emui update screen I noticed a white smudge on the screen.
Turns out its not just a smudge but a mark on the actual screen, call me crazy but is it possible the phone got hot enough to cause this damage to the lcd?

I don't think so that would've been the case.... But nevertheless, honor provides accidental coverage, so you can get your set replaced
