Hi guys
Anyone else struggling to open xms excel (xls) email attachments direct from stock email app?
I can open them if I download them from the email and go through a file explorer - but not straight from email
Any thoughts

Anybody who is using Enhanced Email app tell me how to locate sub-folders?
For instance i have my hotmail inbox but when i go to the move function to move an email to another folder like, say for instance saved items folder, its not there.
I have about 4 different folders for different email but cant seem to find a way to access them.
Any help appreciated
Cheers guys
Did you work this out?
No, i did post in the EE forum of which the author runs but no reply as of yet.
Hi everybody,
I've a little problem with the email apps :
when I receive an email with some PDF or doc or whatever file as attachment, I'm unable to download it or to open it using the email application... I've to forward it to my gmail email address to be able to use the Gmail apps to see the attachment...
I'm certainly making something false, but what ??
I don't only see any buttons or any option concerning the attachment !
if you click on it u cannot open pdf file which is a pain. if u save it u can open it. we should be able to view it without saving it.
little things like this should have been sorted out!
I use maildroid which lets me view pdf without saving it.
When I try to re-send an email with attachment, there is a lot of delay because the attachment file had to be downloaded first, then uploaded again to re-send the email... It's eating my data plan and causing a big and unnecessary delay.
Is there any option that email app acts as the desktop software and it re-send an attachment file directly without download nothing?...
Thank for the answer....
Any solution...
Any idea...
Hello,
Is there any possibility to access from my own android application downloaded emails from Exchange account?
I need to filter them by subject and parse.
I can't find any info or tip how to do that.
