It's better to don't flash cm11 now,bcoz it's not even an alfa build!! devs clearly said to don't flash it.It might hard brick your device.Respect devs and their instruction

I would not know because those icons me the step one of my collaborators :silly:
Nice bootanimation ( it has been modified from cyanogenmod 10 bootanimation right?), camera only work when click on app not on the button of the phone!!!, do not show vietnamese font properly like the other rom from some developer. Anyway, thanks for your hard work.

For stock kernel you don't need unlock bootloader
That means - no you dont need to, you can use/install this rom

go to xrecovery and wipe data/factory reset...that should solve your problem
