Hi All,
I have upgraded my Phone with the help of LG Support tool from 4.2.1 to 4.4.2 (I suppose ). I have upgraded with LG support tool because I live in Pakistan and OTA was not available in Pakistan
Its regular Upgrade no hack. All went normal no issue during upgrade. Now when Phone booted Its asking me a password. But language is Korean I am unable to understand which password. I actually tried all. Please see the screen Shoots.
Also Some one suggested Reboot in recovery mode Phone is not going in recovery mode I tried all thing Power + Volume Down.
Now when I try again with LG support to reinstall OS it say Its fully updated cant don't any thing else

Recently i bought a LG Optimus Chat C550 and tried to root it using this method which worked great!
After that i installed a few apps including Rom Manager and tried to install ClockWorkMod Recovery though Rom Manager. It ask me which model my phone was but since it didn't had my model there i chose 1 that said "And others", the phone rebooted after awhile and now its stuck on LG screen.
I've been trying everything but with no luck, my PC doesn't recognize the phone nor ADB.
I'm not a expert just usually follow guides/tutorials. I can't find anything about how to fix it here on the forum or on google :/
Does anyone know how i can get it fixed?!

Hi I have done exactly the same thing to mine Got a second hand C550 and rooted it then downloaded rom manager then selected phone Optimus V and now just stuck on the LG screen and lights on the qwerty keypad flashing on and off - tried doing a full factory reset by holding end/send/down volume at the same time and that didnt work, if you get any news or fix will you let me know please and I will do the same if I find out something. I need some help with my phone. After stupidly installing the P940 LG Prada 3.0 ICS found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=28568521&postcount=8 , my KU5400 Prada is now stuck in an "Encryption unsuccessful" screen that i have never seen before, with the option to reset phone. The only problem is : the touchscreen would respond. The phone didnt hang as i am still able to increase and decrease the volume.
I have tried everything found in this forum : http://www.tinhte.vn/threads/1253753/ (its in viet : I used google translate) and while i am able to reach S/W Upgrade mode, it wouldnt flash any rom EXCEPT the P940 ICS rom. Every other rom either results in KDZ crashing or LG Support Software reaching 7% and suddenly stopped detecting the device.
I tried LG Phone Recovery but it says that my model is not supported (trying with Singapore, Europe, Italy and Korea as the stated country).
What can i do?

help needed
Hello,
I have done something to my Prada, with the calls and now need a help. The case is the following: On the call options when you try to dial there is a grey window pop up asking you if you wanna do this call on skype, viber, mobile etc. This grey window is now missing and calls directly goes on mobile. Does someone knows where is the option to make it come back?
I am really sorry if I am writing in the wrong place but can`t really find place where to ask somebody. Many thanks in advance
hello, I downloaded the rashr app from google play, I flashed a new rom and I even made backups to be safe, well when phone came back on its goes to LG opening screen and security issue flashes and then the phone turns off, ive troubleshoot for hours called like 3 help lines master reset , tried it all, is all hope lost did this app brick my phone? someone rescue me please!!!

If you have a custom recovery installed than you can just flash the stock rom LG has provided for the public.
This happened to me not to long ago. The LG support tool is the software you'll be looking for. Download, install, connect device while holding up and use the tool to do the rest.
Hello. I recently put a custom ROM on my D605 that didn't work very well so I returned to the stock. Unfortunately, after an update, the phone bricked and can't get past the CWM menu. I'm stuck in recovery. I tried wiping all the cache and data and installing another ROM but that didn't fix it. Any ideas what might help?

I needed D60520b_00.kdz, but i downloaded HUN(Europe/HU/Hungary) version D60520h_00.kdz and it seemed to work for my phone. Now it is alive after 5 mouths!
Try to kdz-flash this phone, my old one l7II was in the same condition after battery popped out while updating in recovery
(i was searching for something under my desk and i accidentaly pulled power cord connected to phone, so it fell off my desk). After flash phone was not turning on at all, but i connected charger and charged it to 100%, then everything was fine.
I have also bricked device and i cant find anywhere kdz file to download.phone restart in Emergency mode and recovery.
Please don't lie that there is no ROM in kdz file for your smartphone... Here You have the best website (in my opinion) to search for LG firmware:

Put your phone in Emergency Mode, then try to recovery with LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOLS.
It´s less complicated, only need to installa the drivers and have a internet conexion.
Hi everyone,
I bought an used LG V30 and I saw that new update came out so I wanted to install it but it failed during the install with code 0x1123004. Maybe it was rooted so after a few factory resets decided to reinstall it to stock rom. I downloaded everything and started, but I stuck on first level . While entering to download mode phone wrotes: Your device has failed a routine safety check and will not boot...etc. It is booting up but I cant get into download mode and Idk why.
Please when someone can help I will be so happy.
