hi after successfully converting the samsung keyboard to a user app from the Samy Deluxe S4 ROM Galaxy S5 Jello Biafra rom using titanium backup it won't install in the latest pacman rom (both roms run android 4.4.2) i've tried copying the app to /system/app to no avail, using titanium backup to create a .zip and flash it to no avail, and restoring it through titanium backup again to no avail. i prefer to use this keyboard thanks to the predictive feature it has.
I'm stumped for ideas on how to get it to work please help!

Hi
Do you know if it is possible to install Samsung apps on a non Samsung device.
I have a Samsung Galaxy i9000 with the diodict dictionary downloaded from
Samsung Apps. However, I have recently bought a fusion5+ tablet with jelly bean.
Would it be possible to install the app on the tablet or even better to Install
Samsung Apps.
I have already tried by transferring the apk files for both Samsung Apps and diodict to no avail.
Thanx in advance

Unfortunately it is not possible because Samsung Apps rely on special modifications that are part of the Touchwiz framework in order to work. The Touchwiz framework which is only available on Touchwiz based ROMs on Samsung devices or unless the app and Touchwiz framework is ported to your device. However, certain Touchwiz apps have been ported to work on AOSP based ROMs. Overall, unless you port it unfortunately won't work.

Hi all ,
let me start for saying thanks for the help you guys have gave me so far and i hope this can happen again ... so i did install the Liquid Smooth Rom on my Galaxy Note i717R (Rogers Version) with the Offiial T-mobile Modem Version so i have Wind Mobile up and running . My question is , is it possible to install the Galaxy Note Stock APK's on this rom ? And if so is there a link for the stock apps ?
Hi, if you need Snote, Splanner, etc. They cannot be installed in LiquidSmooth. They need the TW framework to work and a TW based rom. LiquidSmooth and others based on Cyanogen are AOSP and do not include any port of the framework. If you need other apps that do not need TW framework maybe some other guy can help. Hope this helps.
If you have a backup of your stock Rom you can extract stock carrier apps. Titanium Backup will let you do that.
As ^^^^^ said you will have to get replacement apps from the market for the pen apps. Jamie developed a CM 10.1 version with pen gestures enabled.
Hi all ,
i manage to find some of this apps and install them individually and they actually work without TW Framework . And yes i do have a backup of the Rogers Stock Rom , is there any tutorial how to remove those apps from the rom with Titanium Backup ? Again thanks for your help guys .
Hi,
After several procrastinations, I finally rooted my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 (WiFi only) (GT-P3110) which
has Jelly Bean 4.1.3. For now, I do not intend to install any Custom Rom.
So, right now my Tab has a Rooted TouchWiz running Jelly Bean 4.1.3.
Now, I want to install Google Play Store Mod. I have installed Titanium Backup & backed up the Original Play Store.
1. My question is, can I install the modded version in the Rooted TouchWiz or does it require a Custom Rom?
2. I tried installing BusyBox, but it always failed. What might be the reason?
Thank you!
Will someone let me know please?
. Hello all. I was just wondering, can you download and install onto a phone that is rooted yet has a stock rom on it? I have a Sprint Galaxy Note 4 with a rooted stock lollipop 5.0.1 rom and instead of deleting individual apps one at a time, I was thinking about simply installing a different gapps package altogether. Any and all thoughts and or advice would be appreciated! Thanks again!
