Hello, I asked this in the forum for my device Huawei Ascend P6 but no one even gave me the time of day, so I am asking here:
On the newest 4.4 international rom installing PIE Control or any type of pie control app or navbar app, they all spit out an error:
blocked [app] from showing dropzone. Anyone know what this is about?

Hi, all!
This is my very first post. Not even sure if there's a solution to this, tried searching but probably my keywords didn't exactly hit it.
I have a Huawei P9 Lite. I just received the OTA update for Nougat Beta with build number VNS-L31C636B331. My previous build was VNS-L31C636B170. I received the OTA update after I registered to become a beta tester. The installation was successful, things went running smoothly until I noticed my VPN app was closing when my phone is locked (even when I had it set to run after screen-lock). It got so annoying until I decided to reformat my phone. Things are running fine again, but some system or stock Huawei apps are missing, like calendar, clock, and calculator, to name a few.
Is there a way to download and reinstall these apps? And if so, are the downloadable apps already designed for Nougat on Huawei? Or are they from Marshmallow?
If there is no way to download stock apps, can I ask help to downgrade to Marshmallow? I'm planning to downgrade, and then tick back the Nougat update again from settings.
Thank you so much, guys!

I own a Xperia Z5C when there is a stock app missing on modded stock-roms i can download them by playstore.
As the title says, is there any way to get Samsung Flow working with Huawei P10 on Android 7.0?
In the app description it says it supports Android devices version 6.0 and up.
If I open the app in the Play store, it says "Your device isn't compatible with this version" but why? I can install the APK from apkmirror, but when I run it, it won't turn on? Any idea what the problem is with the app? Does it not support Android 7.0 yet?
Is there a "hack" to make it work?
Samsung Flow is exclusive to Samsung devices, and at the very least, won't work without root and some serious mucking around.
Hello, to put it simple, i got a new phone(my first smart/android phone) it's a Huawei y5 ii (Cun-L01), I saw that it's 5.0 OS ver. so i was wondering can i update it to Android 7.0 nougat?
i google it but all the sites didn't seem trustworthy enough.
can i even update android OS on a phone that came with an older version?
when i click update on the settings nothing happens, does that mean Lolipop android is the max my phone can use?
Thanks for any help i may get

Nothing official for Y5 higher than LP, but search xda for 'huawei y5 ii', and you see several posts about root and recovery. Someone could build LOS or something...
Hey all, does anyone know where to get Android Pie font to install on Oreo S9+? If possible?
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.amjadroid.fontsapp
Use the app above, just Google up pie font and follow steps. Once installed make sure you reboot so it will be visible under font selection..

Correct once the pie update it no longer works, you need to go to https://t.me/TeamWings, there's a link for the beta font wings for Samsung running pie. Just follow the instructions super simple and you can use any font ( ttf) you like on the s9+ or any Samsung galaxy running pie
Hi,
I have a Micromax Dual 5 (E4820) smartphone. The phone hardware is actually good. However, there are certain software things in it that I am concerned about. It will be great if someone could provide some solutions/details.
The thing is, this phone is actually a rebranded version of a Chinese smartphone "Qiku 360 Q5" and it has an Android Chinese OS (Marshmallow 6.0.1) version which is called as 360 OS. It seems that this OS has been developed by Qihoo 360.
I came to know that this OS has a malware but I am not 100% sure. Here is the link to the actual post: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...inge-ad-system-application-on-mt6735.4208933/
Now the things I need help with:
Does this OS really have a malware?
When I connect this device to the PlayStore, the app automatically updates itself. In normal Android version there is an option to uninstall PlayStore updates by going to App Info section. However, the 360 OS doesn't show the three "..." dots at the top right corner. Is there any way to uninstall the PlayStore updates?
I actually did not like the 360 OS and its UI at all. Hence I thought to replace it with a custom ROM which is closer to normal Android OS. I searched for it on the XDA forum but couldn't find any that can be installed on this device. Is there any Custom ROM available for this device?
If there is no Custom ROM, is there any way to replace the default Settings app that (comes with the 360 OS) so that I have more control on the APPs and their settings and permission ?
Can this phone be Rooted safely to have more control on this device and apps?
It will be great if someone could shed some light on the above mentioned things/issues.
Thanks in advance.
