Hello,
We see many external battery packs, cases, that makes the phone thick and heavy and sometimes unconfortable
But, isn't there any INTERNAL battery acessories? I mean, changing the stock 3200mAh battery to another with bigger capacity? It doesn't need to be like 7000mAh or something, at least 400+mAh are fine
I'm looking to buy one but i can't find anywhere, anyone knows who sells that?

It has already been discussed.

I did a search and couldn't find anything. Does anyone know what the largest size battery that will fit with the standard door is?
I too am wondering the same thing.
There is currently no other higher capacity batteries out there to worry about, so who cares?

I have no idea where you get your info but Google is your friend 100% of the time.
As far as stock door + bigger battery, I can safely assume it won't work simply due to the VERY limited room with the door on as it is with the stock battery.
1650 the mytouch 4g battery is the biggest that will fit in the standard door. Don't hold me 100% to that but that's generally what i've seen.
I'll have to check out the 1650 battery, thanks for the replies guys
It's been a while since the phone was released but I cannot find any acceptable extended battery solutions still.
I mean 'cmon, mugen power battery (or alike) with the camel hump? Really?
The batteries that fit standard case and claim to be of a higher capacity are mostly always are fake.
Keeping a spare and changing it in the middle of a day is pretty cumbersome.
The only option that's left is to charge it at least twice a day.
So the question is, has someone came across a decent and non-ugly extended battery yet?
Nope
I've scoured the internet for hours looking for a solution like this. Alls i wanted was a 10-20% bump without the extra bulk.
Sadly, nothing. There were some non legit batteries that somebody had used on android forums that were 1900mAh, but sadly this also wasn't the best fit in the phone and ended up busting his battery cover.
Sadly, the answer to your queestion is no. Sorry!
I am in search of a new battery and I came across a 3000 mAH battery that doesn't require an extended battery case. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with it:

From reading, it seems like you have to calibrate the Atrix to understand the new battery through a couple charges and configuration changes; cool. I am wondering if anyone has had experience with THIS battery? Is it legit?

It's the same size at the standard battery
It's double the capacity
It costs $1.16
If it's too good to be true...

haha --- I know... I am less worried about the $$$ spent and more worried about not harming my phone.

Well in e-bay I buy this battery http://www.ebay.com/itm/2430MAH-HIG...844826?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item3f1e183dda and it was quiet good for one day, after one day it was dead the battery board was dead and I replace it whit old battery board so I don't think it is real.
I think the picture says it all. Not quite sure why someone would even bother considering a battery with such almost offensively unrealistic specs.
To store more current, the battery has to be physically bigger. It's why "D" cell batteries are bigger than "A" cell batteries even though they have the same voltage output.
Think of current as water. Can you fit more water in a bucket if it's the same size as the one you have?

I had bad experience with several extended batteries from ebay. I always prefer to buy an extra regular battery instead of having an extended battery.
Hey guys I just wanted to ask whether there are better batteries for the HOX+.
With better I mean a higher capacity, I read somewhwere that there are better ones for Galaxy Notes,
maybe there are similar ones for our phones. Also I read in another post that a new battery fixed the bug that the last 15-20% are drained in a few mminutes. Is that always the case?
It is not easy to replace HOX's battery. I read somewhere that it is possible to mount a much bigger battery, but the phone will look ugly after that heh. Maybe you should think about a powerbank instead? Those things are promising.

I know that it isn't going to be that easy, but I have to replace my screen anyways, so I would have the chance to switch the battery at the same time. I already got a powerbank and a solar charger, but an even better batterie would be awesome tho. What I'm looking for are not those batteriewhich are bigger than the regular ones (wouldn't fit in the HOX anyways). I look for something with a bigger capacity, but I haven't found anything on amazon yet
Hi,
I've got some unanswered questions, at least for me.
So,
1.) I have two batteries. One is original with 3000 mAh and other one is 5200 mAh. Other one with 5200 mAh lasts longer (ofcourse it does) but when I check capacity of it with some app, it always says that battery has only 3000 mAh. So it makes me wonder if app says wrong or battery has really only 3000 mAh.
2.) Using above mentioned batter (5200 mAh one) makes my phone warmer. At least I think so. I will use original one for a week to test if that is really true. Does anyone has any similar situation to mine? While using 3rd party battery makes phone warmer.
3.) Under the post are pictures of my genuine battery. Since I bought this phone as a used one, I don't actually know how old the battery is actually. So on battery is pasted a date and it says 15th of January 2016. So it makes me wonder is the battery really only half of the year old, even if seller calms that phone is 2 years old. Someone please confirms that for me.
Thank you in advance
Well if the 5200 battery is the same physical size as the original then it is one of those cheap knockoff batteries. To get more power you have to have a bigger battery. Now as far as heating issue if it is a cheap battery then it could very well get hotter than oem. Be aware that if these batteries get to hot it can become dangerous/deadly.
My suggestion (which many others will say the same) is got to Amazon and order the anker replacements (2 batteries and external charger) for around $20.
