All of a sudden my "Most Used & Recent" category is not working. Nothing ever shows up in it now. This used to work just fine. Perhaps something changed with the latest update? I'm running v1.55 on an HTC One M7 if that matters.
Anybody else seeing this?

Hi,
Please try this method, as it should help fix the issue:
1. Uninstall Themer.
2. Delete the /sdcard/MyColorScreen/ folder (removing the Exported folder within it if you saved any themes).
3. Reinstall Themer.
Hope this helps, if not, let us know.

I'm having this issue too. Is there any less destructive method of fixing it? I don't want to lose all of the customizations I've made to the theme I'm using.

If you remove the Exported folder as mentioned above you won't lose any exported themes

Hey guys,
not really a bad problem, just wondering if some guys have experienced also this thing. I did nothing, just using the phone (gaming, calling etc, no software installation) and suddenly (not after a phone reboot, just in runtime) the contents of my "desktop" folders (in touchFlo) were lost.. is there any way to restore, anyone knows which file/db is linked to this?

Hey,
I have reported this problem to HTC before they released the new ROM and it has been fixed by them. Just update your ROM if you have not done so. The problem occurs when you change the scenes. Folders loose their contents.

You are welcome.
I've installed the themer app to my HTC One M7. After signing in, choosing the theme, and apply, it didn't work. It went back to the Welcome screen slider. I've tried several times already. I already uninstalled the app and reinstalled again, however the app didn't work.

Still the same. Back to the Welcome screen with Blue page and without the picture of the phone. Still, the theme didn't apply.

I'm running on Stock/default ROM. I already tried that , and when I reinstall the APP, still not working and kept on forwarding me to the Welcome screen after applying the theme.

You're also not rooted right? Sorry for all the questions. It's we haven't received a problem like this before with an M7.

Yes, my phone is not rooted. I've also tried to clear the data & restart. I've also tried uninstalling the app, delete the mycolorscreen folder, reinstall again, but the problem still occurred. .
Newbie question but still need help. Should Themer be running in the back ground all the time? It seems to be slowing my phone down. I also notice on my home screen when I pick it up it says loading almost every time? I guess that is 2 questions.....Thanks in advance.....

Hi,
In theory it shouldn't be, but our developers are aware of this issue and trying their best to fix the issue. You can always try a clean install, this should fix both errors:
1. Uninstall Themer.
2. Delete the /sdcard/MyColorScreen/ folder (removing the Exported folder within it if you saved any themes).
3. Reinstall Themer.
Hope this helps!

Another Question
Why the Themmer tries to:
- read my call history;
- access to messages;
- access to calendar;
- access to my location information:
Thank you for the answer in advance.
I am using an Huawei Ascend P6 and I was happy with Themer and Zooper widgets for the last 5 month. Great app!
It run on Android 4.2 very well.
Last week I got the offer to upgrade to Android 4.4.2. The upgrade run without any problems on the phone (not rooted).
But since than Themer crashes all the time especially when swapping between the apps or jumping to the homescreen.
It's nearly impossible to use the phone.
Any idea to solve the problem?
I don't want to reinstall Themer because I am not sure if I can restore all the customized widgets and the theme itself is still available on the phone.
Best regards,
Micky

Hi Micky,
We're sorry to hear that it keeps crashing
Please try this method, as it should help fix the issue:
1. Uninstall Themer.
2. Delete the /sdcard/MyColorScreen/ folder (removing the Exported folder within it if you saved any themes).
3. Reinstall Themer.
Also please let us know if Themer was crashing when you were applying themes. Hope this helps!
successful reinstall
I followed the steps as you have proposed.
After uninstalling Themer, deleting the MyColorScreen folder and reistalling Themer I got another crash.
I reinstalled everything again but this time I did a reboot before installing Themer again
Since then everything is working fine.
I never tried to apply themes in the the time while Themer was crashing so I cannot say if this would have caused a crash.
Most of the time it crashed while switching between apps or switching to the home screen.
Thanks for your help!

Try this:
1. Uninstall Themer.
2. Delete the /sdcard/MyColorScreen/ folder (removing the Exported folder within it if you saved any themes).
3. Reinstall Themer.
Also make sure that your device is running on stock DPI/resolution/display settings.

If you're running a custom ROM, chances are that you might have edited certain settings. These include hiding the soft keys, editing the DPI settings or even settings your own system-wide icon pack. Keeping your phone as standard as possible means that Themer will work to its full potential.

Thanks friend support, I found the solution thanks to the comments on your previous post was due to the icon pack was changed and for that reason I did not work properly on my phone themer.
Thank you very much for the help. :victory: :victory:
