Hi, Somebody plz show me how to boot LG L7 II P713 into recovery mode. Also teach me how to hard reset.
I want to try those methods in case the phone will come out of SAFEMODE.
It is stuck there since it fell in water. Some applications don't work in safemode.
Please help, i have crawled the web in search of this solution but in vain. Thank YOU!

Emergency mode:
- Take out battery (wait for a minute or so)
- Plug charger only (no battery yet)
- Wait for a yellow triangle
- Restore battery
Recovery mode:
- Turn off the phone
- Press Power button + Volume Up + Home
- Once you feel the vibration release only the Power button
- Wait for the recovery menu
I would suggest to install CWM recovery once you get past your issues. Instructions here.

I got a LG Doubleplay from a friend and he tryed to flash a rom on it and it went bad, so i try to put it in download to restore the phone but it won't stay in download mode.
When i try to set it to download mode it starts but then after maybe 3 to 5 seconds the progress bar freezes and then the phone restarts.
All the phone does is stay at the lg logo

i am having the same problem what happen to my lg doubleplay was i rooted it then downloaded a app manager rom i was playing around with the app came across the bootloader i think it was i pressed the icon then another icon popped up i ACCIDENTALLY press boot before i got the chance to read the description on what it did
my phone from there just stay stuck on lg screen doesnt boot doesnt do anything i try to hard reset it and im getting the same as you crashes and goes back to lg screen logo i been looking around cant find a solution yet! someone got any ideas? i would appreciate it like alot alot alot!!

Have you tried with the LG Mobile Support Tool? I also have a Double Play and I dissapointed that there's no way to restore the phone with it's original settings, i now have a very nice semi-bricked phone, i can only use the apps on the lower screen. Can somebody help us? Please tell me how to put the phone on Download Mode! Please please

i used this to make restore
A master reset (factory reset) restores the original factory settings and erases all user data (including settings and downloaded content) stored in the phone's internal memory. It does not erase data stored on the SIM card or memory card (if available).
Note: If the handset is locked, frozen, or unresponsive, you can perform a master reset using the hardware keys instead of the menu.
To perform a master reset using hardware keys, follow these steps:
Back up all necessary data. See: Preparing for a master reset on Android.
Turn off the phone.
Note: If the phone is unresponsive and does not turn off, remove the battery and then re-insert it.
Simultaneously press and hold the Qwerty F and Qwerty A keys.
While continuing to hold the Qwerty F and Qwerty A keys, add the Volume Down key.
While holding the Qwerty F, Qwerty A and Volume Down key, press the Power/Lock key.
After you see the LG logo wait at least 10 seconds, then release all of the keys.
The Android Unpacking screen will appear, indicating the master reset is in progress.
The phone will automatically restart and complete the factory reset.
My lg p765 can't turn on, black screen when power button is pushed.
My phone is lg l9 p765, not rooted, stock android 4.2.2
My phone cannot turn on and was stuck on the lg logo. However, I was on vacation when that happened.
Therefore, I cannot go to lg customer service to fix the issue.
After I got back home, my phone didn't show the lg logo when i turn on the phone but my phone stay black screened and unresponsive when I long press the power button.
I think that my phone is bricked, but I saw that lg p765 cannot be hard bricked on a post, is this true??

It didn't work because the phone cannot go into download mode and I am not sure whether I enable usb debugging before the phone is bricked, I have tried many combination of power button, volume up down keys, home button, but it didn't work.

I have no problem with first to 12th step, but it is confusing when step 13 said input 3 (Prada 3.0 P940) but my phone model and the title of the post said L9, after I input 3 and finish step 14, 15, but I don't know how and when the fast booted started because the phone is still black screened and the command prompt didn't say fast boot has started so I unpluged the phone and give up fast boot.
Also the post kept link me to other fast boot post, and I have tried the other fast boot and instruction.

An apk called cleveriors cwm installer has made my phone unable to access either dmode or recovery it vibrates, flashes dark blue on half the screen for a second then repeats in a loop, attactchin usb without battery makes it vibrate but no reading from pc, please help this has really upset me

Hello all, I believe that my phone is bricked or half ; does not turn on, is as dead but sometimes comes on the screen and vibrates when I connect via USB and does not enter into download mode flasearlo , moreover when it enters in recovery mode (when you want to) appears in the snowman white , lying on the ground and a red triangle above, also displays the text "without commands". Hi. I am desperate. Two weeks ago I had to remove the power button of my S3 because the phone kept rebooting.
Now, I installed a ROM that ended into bootloops, so I need to enter into recovery mode. With the power button, this would be easy, however since I don't have it, I don't know what to do. I installed Boeffla kernel and Validus ROM when I got the boot loop.
To turn the phone on, what I did was to remove the battery, put it again, and then plug the phone for one second and unplug it. I tried pressing down volume + home while doing that, and it doesn't change anything. The pone will simply try to boot the ROM.
Is there any way to enter into recovery mode without a power button? Otherwise, I will have to throw my precious S3 to the trash, and I definitely not want that! Please help!

Finally, I managed to fix it by performing adb reboot recovery while the phone was loading the ROM (during the ROM animation).

you don't know how to get into bootloader or you can't get into bootloader?
I cant get into bootloader . Because when i plug cabble into my phone it started to charge . I try with fastboot and download mode but it cant . I think my phone lost bootloader

it - from time to time - shows the charging logo,
then just force it to reset: power button + volume down - keep both pressed until it resets (screen off),
then keep the volume down button pressed
<-- with the usb cable plugged in all of the time
That should get you into bootloader.
Note:
the phones behaves really weird and it could be that it shuts off while in bootloader.
In that case simply disconnect the USB cable, connect it to the phone only and then - while the volume button down is pressed - connect it to PC

I tried so hard but it can't it always go to show charge logo and my pc cant recognize my phone .

Hi, I seem to have the same problem... the phone loops the startup screen and the USB connection is not working. I can get the initial download mode screen to appear for a minute, the looping starts again.
I think I have a brick...

MAJOR EDIT: Master Reset worked, is accessed by holding vol down and power until screen goes dark, release power when the lg logo appears, count to 2, press power again until factory reset screen, say yes, should put you into twrp (provided you already have it installed of course)
Is there a button combination to do this? I'm fearing I also bricked my us998 by dirty flashing from aospx to the johnfawkes stock rom after I randomly stopped getting lte connection. Probably definitely should have factory reset but there were a few pictures I didn't want to lose and now I am really wishing I had bitten the bullet on them to save my phone. Current situation is a loop at the verizon startup screen, vol down and power can initiate a restart and from there I can hold vol up to get the initial download mode splash screen but then the screen goes dark and the device starts to loop again. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
