battery varies differenty on the way you use youq phone mate.. theres no kernel yet to support uv/oc right now,but lets see gokhan and dori for sure is working to it right now.. phils kernel is the one that has support to this,for now

If i talk 5/10 minutes drain 20/40%..
Battery drain two and two percent (like a: 100 > 98 > 96 > 94...etc)
I need help with this problem. I attach a log from BetterBatteryStats with 1 hour running in standby...
Who check battery life? (this is a problem ?)

This thread is for gt-s5830 not for s5830i. The mod cant work on our devices.

This mod works on any device as it is a bunch of setting that needs to be configured which is available on any android device. Next time please go through the guide before you post anything against it. Thanks

Not all work with this device , the one who use GPU for render dont work. I have tried it. Sorry for dont have specificated.

But all the settings for the battery works perfectly which was what I was referring to. I suggest you look at "Basic settings to have better battery life & performance " and "Some recommendations " part of the thread which is device independent (Since the question is about increasing battery life and not performance). Thanks to @19dragon98 for pointing out that GPU doesn't work on S5830i.

But i dont think the MOD can change so much the duration of battery, i think the problem is the battery or the ROM.

Actually this mod helped me get an extra 2 hours out of my battery. It also depends on the rom and kernel. Some roms and kernels are performance oriented which will drain battery very fast just to get the performance. But this mod can make a difference in many roms. Even if it is a little

I find a problem..i think...Android System varies on 30/40%..70/80% ..i dont now why
I like MindCR ROM because i have on notification bar Wifi / Data / Flash / Backlight / ..etc..
Can recomanded me other ROM for s5830i (good, stable and performance) ?

On ROM i need: ext2, CPU Set (and overclock if is posible)..Tweaks (for performance, optimizing and battery save), link2sd work and swap work

I don't use this device, so I can't help you here. But you can use this guide to see all the roms that you can flash in your device. Any custom with init.d support will allow you to add tweaks, link2sd,etc. As a matter of fact all custom roms has init.d support. Here is the link,

Other question. Battery of s5830 is good for s5830i ?

Yes the 5830 uses the same kind of battery as the 5830i. Same Mah and everything

I have continous problem with Android Sistem :|
If i Wipe Battery Stats and turn on device..Android Sistem stay on 4/9% ..
If i recive or i call someone, Android System stay on 70/85% (and make slow my device)
This problem i have with MindCR 2.9 ROM and TouchWiz 9.5..
More details:
For flashing with MindCR, i flash with odin this ROM (S5830CVJKL4) ..for problem with contacts (raphael baugis kernel bug..)
Now i have TouchWiz with this ROM S5830CVJKL4 ..because i have Raphael Baugis Kernel..
So, how can i repair this?...This problem is kill my battery every day X( X(
I like TouchWiz ..is very optimized ...but i dont now who kill my battery..

go to cwm > option > fix permission..press fix permission and reboot your device..i think this will help u..if it is not working then flash TDT script for more battery life..

I try this..not change..
I try flashing with stock rom and not difference..If i try a call someone, Android System charge on 80/90% ...(i try with 2 dif ROM)..

I am using a cwm recovery with resurrection remix lp v. 5.4.7 and I suffer from fast battery drainage
When it is full and I am playing an online game ( clash of clans ) the battery end in less than hour
Is changing the recovery using computer by flashing new one will help in this
And if I flashed new one will my data deleted or any errors will happen
And if you know a better kernel in battery usage please tell me and give me a links for it

you can try CyanogenMod 13, Mokee or AICP11. Marshmallow is more battery friendly as Lollipop. Also send me a screenshot from your battery stats.

I´ve already tried official CM11 its very fast but it has some bugs and it drains the battery very fast.

If you want a fancy rom with s7 look you should try hyper rom. If you want battery life you could set the cpu governor to zzmove battery yank and do not overclock. Hope i helped
im using grand quattro since one year only stock rom working fine and all custom rom have battery drain problem can any kernel and any tweaks for not drain battery in custom rom sorry for my bad english
