First of all did you root your phone ? . I doubt , you MIGHT need to unlock your bootloader to flash some roms for your Xperia Go .
Then go http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-u/go-development
and look for rom which say stable generally JB roms are stable so go to them first look for rating of the thread , If it is great then you should look at working and non working list , If everything is fine and you want to go further there are instructions under "HOW TO INSTALL" . But I personally think stock is always stable .
HIT THANKS FOR SURE

Men is the first think I do to my phone root, and unlock the BL, -.- my question is because a wanna stay in stock Rom for a time, in find one stock 6.2.a.1.100 is more stable and use a mod to build.prop!! Thanks a lot for the reply

Try them and see if its stable for you.
I would advise anyone to unlock their bootloader, is as easy as rooting now...just have to make sure you can read instructions to be safe
most stable rom=stock 2.3.3
Check the stickies and try em.

By the way.. Is there anyway to update to official Sony Ericsson firmware via phone? My PC isn't working at the moment and my current ROM is not working properly..

No, i dont "think" (could be wrong) that you can flash offical SE firmware without pc..
Why not flash wolfs 7.0?
Using it for almost a month & didnt found any bugs

I'd say stock 2.3.3,but it lags as hell..
i have tried few roms here, they mostly excel in perfomance but lack in one or more other thing,
So, i suggest stock 2.3.3,uncapped fps and Bravia engine unlock by zdzihu and Stock SE Theme w/ notification widgets&reboot mod plus roboto fonts....looks good and it's gonna fly
Stock 2.3.3 ROM and Wolf Break's Stock based 2.3.3 ROM (WB7b6) were the most stables ones I found so far!
Agree with gregbradley, the best way to find out the stable ROM for you is by trying them out!
stable, you say?
others would say many things, but my opinion - FreeX10 (its kinda old but damn stable)!

ok
what rom you advice me to flash?
I'd try real ics lite or MiniCMSandwich.
Minicmsandwich looks like a vanilla rom, so it's got a nice Design.
Just scroll around in development section and Open some threads. There is written, if it's for Locked Bootloader, too.
If you like miui you could install HasaMIUI, as far as I Know it's for Locked Bootloader, too

[Q] Downgrade from CM9 to stock rom 2.3.4...

Used Cyanogenmod 9 stable rom for some months now. Makes the phone fast. But a few bugs and small problems that makes me want to go back to GB 2.3.4
Camera is not to good, mms problems, touch feel on screen is a bit to crappy. And now i lost my wifi.. But i think that is my fault for playing with gemini app manager.
Anybody have any experience with going back from rom to stock? I have also unlocked bootloader.
So in sence i want my phone to run GB 2.3.4 and rooted so i can get rid of the bloatware if i must.
If a rom exists just as the stock i would like to know to. I guess that maby more easy to do???
I have the Mt15i version.
Flash stock-based rom

Thanx dude.. I'll try this one.
Did you install any other patches or addons like gapps or does everything work great without? And where did you find nightelf kernel for this rom? the link that is here for stock kernel is dead: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1566168
I just want a good stable mobile and not a gamers phone.

I'll try the Spacious, smooth, light 0.62 first and see. And take your advice if i'm not happy.
But thanx for advice both of you
I think they have reuploaded the kernel, have a look at the replies.

use flashtool and flash GB tft
Try Codename or x-gamer.. Or if u want to flash stock rom, then just flash the .62 firmware ftf file using flashtool with full wipe...

Wrong section for questions bro, and there is no CM10 for P yet.
I'm not trying to have a go but if you want to find out which Rom is best you need to find one which is best for you, read the description, reviews and try the Rom for yourself, posts like this get closed all the time

So you suggest installing CyanogenMod 11.0, is that better than
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2270027 ?
Ok so I have checked the mobile and it says bootloader can be unlocked: yes ... I now have an email with my unlock bootloader key.
Is this the suggested rom to use then?

Tbh, i'm new at xperia u. I've had it for the longest time without rooting/unlocking. 4.4 works for me. Sure, i experience bluetooth and video recording issues, but it works for my purposes (stable and fast rom. ART shows noticeable improvements, performance-wise). I'm not saying it's the best choice, just something to get you started.
I think its better to install this. Its better than ICS and bugless.
Or You can install Cyanogenmod 10, if you dont need xperia stuff=) This one is bugless too.
Install any of the Stock JB Rom... Stock JB is surely twice better than Stock ICS and its totally bugless
Note: Unlocked bootloader is required
