I would like to give a play store gift card to my cousin as a gift, but she lives in Bangladesh and I live in Canada. According to the Redeem A Gift Card page, a gift card "Can only be used to purchase or rent content sold in local currency. " How can I pull this off? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

After reading a bit more about your question I stumbled upon this that gives you a better answer, "If you purchase a Google Play gift card or redeem a promotional code in Australia and then travel to Germany, you won’t be able to redeem your Google Play balance since paid content is sold in Euros." Since Canada uses the Canadian Dollar and India uses the Indian Rupee, it will likely not worked based on the statement above. While not as elegant you could send your cousin some money to buy things in the Play Store.

How can I add this stupid Visa Gift Card into Google Play! WTF.....Seriously Google, seriously?!
I been searching online, googled it and all. Can't find a dam answer!

Am I able to use a visa prepaid vanilla gift card to add funds to my Google wallet?
It Should
I see no reason why it shouldn't.
It acts like a regular credit card
Here is a quote from Visa's Website:
How do I make a purchase with my Visa Gift card?
Using your Visa Gift card is similar to using a credit card. When you are ready to pay, give the card to the cashier and ask to sign the purchase receipt.
Most Visa Gift cards do not come with a PIN, so you should not push DEBIT. if using a keypad. This will cause your transaction to be declined. Instead, press the CREDIT button and then sign the receipt.
Each time your card is used for a purchase, that amount is automatically deducted from your balance. It is recommended that you know your balance before making a purchase because many merchants will not be able to provide that information.
It is important to note that the Visa Gift card is 'non-reloadable', which means that additional money cannot be added to the balance of the card. The card does not offer a line of credit like a credit card. The initial value available for use is determined by the person who purchased the card.
If your gift card states Valid only in the United States on the front, the issuer has issued a Domestic Use Only card. Although your gift card will not be accepted at locations outside of the United States, it’s welcome at millions of locations within the United States where Visa Debit cards are accepted.
What if I want to purchase an item that costs

Dear All XDA Developers.
I have an HTC One V and was looking at Google Play Music to store up to 20,000 songs for free. However, I don't have a credit card (as I am only 14). is there any workaround, or any other workaround, preferably for free?
Many Thanks

Such an old post but, what the heck? There's no way to get the all access pass for free. IF you have cash, just go to your local gas station or retail store such as Walgreens or CVS and buy yourself a prepaid debit card and purchase it with that. I'm not sure if you have to be 18 to buy one though, give it a shot
