Being driven insane on my new 10.1 2014. Trying to sync Chrome Bookmarks with standard Internet App as I prefer it. Used to do it ok on my old N8010 and no issues.
Tried resetting desktop settings and turning sync on and off on desktop and 10.1 Chrome and they seem to sync fine.
Has anyone else had this issue and resolved on a P600?

You lost me.. Do you mean you have chrome to phone and it does not work? You say in the second to last sentence "they seem to sync fine"...

I think i understand and i feel the same problem i really prefer using the samsung stock browser and on old version (at least my first galaxy tab 1) our bookmarks got synced with google chrome so i had the same bookmarks on tab and on pc desktop. But on our galaxy note they don't sync so i have to use chrome.
As I understand it, stock browser and on old version was created by Google, and in our Note 2014 development Samsung. Stock browser with other devices on the Note 2014 does not work...
Sorry for any confusion. Chrome on P600 and desktop sync fine. Chrome to stock browser does not work.
The only account showing in the stock browser is the Samsung account.

That's all there is. Syncing to Chrome got killed when Samsung moved their stock browsers to Webkit and Google moved Chrome to their Blink engine.

I want to use the samsung email client since well... i like the widget on the desktop. I don't see an option to PUSH in settings. The quickest I see is to check every 5 minutes. Did I not set up the email correctly or what is it?
I had a push option earlier when I first entered my gmail account info but had to delete it because the push was being random. Having readded the account there isnt a push option any longer.
Help?

Push email was available on the native S2 email client.
I vote for native apps first.
I tried the advice inside the android forum link, it works (gmail with exchange) but is sucks too much data in stand by.

Here you go, Google+ 2.0.0 apk.
Make sure you uninstall the old G+ first, and Chord is the new messenger Huddle. Make sure you "allow" the app in your notification bar or you wont be able to "connect to server".

Can someone who has installed this on CM7 try to go into a contact that is linked to either fb, twitter, groupme etc. Mine would force close on acore until I uninstalled this.

Install, open it, restart, open it and it will request sign in. It works well for me actually. It do ask for my gmail account

recently I can't upload pictures on facebook while I'm connected to 3G network. While I have no problem if I use the wifi. Also I have no trouble uploading photos on google+ via wifi or 3g network.

i'm using the stock rom XWKI4 with Ginger 2.3.4
I've tried to clean the cache, but nothing has changed
I've also tried emptying the cache, but nothing has changed.
Also today I downloaded and updated the facebook application
Did any of you guys try to upload it through the website using the browser ? Try uploading on a browser ( go to desktop version of site ) , using 3G , then using WiFi then report back here.
I just tried it and I can load both through mobile and web site!

Well it's obvious then , the Facebook application has a bug... There's nothing you can do about it, rather than wait for an update that might fix it. It's not a big deal anyway, I guess.
You could go to the market and leave a review of the app and tell about your problem so other users can check it and get it to update fast.

Just use the above mentioned as comes under share menu it also can download folders of pictures off FB good for backup purposes.

Should come up with Facebook login screen after loading to allow access to account then just use share menu to send.
Not sure about swiftkey as don't use.

I think swiftkey, myalbum and also most apps use the mobile website to login and share content and the mobile site has problems :S the login screen never appears on screen
Even if I try to upload a picture in m.facebook.com it fails :S
update: also try to use google public DNS and a lot of settings on router and the same.
Can not login from android browser or any app or widget which use browser based login form (facebook app can login and all but can NOT upload pics) tested on my 3 android devices :S
Social hub can log in but can not upload pics aswell.
All apps are stuck on loading login page.
Also try with older facebook app (1.7.2) and the same, this looks like an issue with facebook page or with my router i guess :S

I can't upload photos either, but in the latest Facebook release I can't update my status, or checkin!
That's with stock rom, cyanogen, wicked, checkrom the lot.
Tried flashing numerous roms to get around it.
This is the first place I've seen or heard of where anyone else is having a similar problem (at first I figured it wasn't the app, and something I'd done on my phone).
Older releases of the facebook app work. Guess I'll just wait and see if a new release comes out to address the issues.

Hello everyone, I have given some checks to try to understand where is the problem with uploading. I have 2 with Gs2, but not rooted, and they haven't this problem!

I also have this problem with ics. Downgraded to gb and it works fine.
The problem seems more widespread than just facebook. I cant upload to any app on 3g. Tried dropbox, google+, facebook, google drive and even email attachments. just gets stuck starting to upload then fails.

I really dislike the UI of the official Facebook app. Although I'm on a tablet, it doesn't have any features that take advantage of the resolution. Instead, it looks poorly stretched and cumbersome...
Do you have any suggestions for a Facebook alternative that can work properly on a tablet? I have already tried FastForFacebook, FriendCaster and Atrium, but I'm not convinced yet.

Not a great answer but I really like Facebook messenger. I only use Facebook to contact people.
Third party apps get screwed by facebook. Many posts won't be displayed. I finally gave up and just use Facebook in a Web browser like on a desktop.

definitely. When posts from My FIANCE are deliberately not served to third party apps, like friend caster, it Sucks.
Unfortunately Facebook basically forces you to use their crap excuse for an app if you don't want to go the browser route.

Facebook alternative? Try either Face to Face v1.2, Talk In Person 2.0, Find A Hobby (HD version) or Life Is Real - version 3.4!
