After flash this zip, many xperia sp has not get boot up
I dont think boot animation cause boot loop.... If things goes wrong inside then at the most people will have blank boot time and futher phone works after boot... Or u can take nandroid backup... ??

Look buddy moto phones use "mp4" format for bootanimation and our sp supports "png" format so when i flashed original moto g (mp4) bootanimation... It gave me blank boot... Then i requested him for "png" based bootanimation & he made it... Now its working for me...

Okay so I'm stuck with a serious problem
I installed the zip, and the boot animation also works. But it gets stuck mid-way (when the football revolves around the motorola logo) and the phone won't boot at all. Can someone help me out of this? I think if I can find another flashable bootanimation zip, it will work again.
Should I flash another zip that changes the bootanimation?

Anyway, i got the phone working again by clearing cache from CWM menu and flashing another bootanimation zip
Dont work when you put it in data/local on existenz ROM.
After reboot. Bootanim work, but in the end stops, and phone dont boot to end.

Hey guys, i was just trying to update my META-INF to AROMA 2.56, and everything went great but when i came to installation proccess, it just ended within a second and act like if it finished... I have all files, i don't know why it "skips" updater-script or something!
Are u using twrp recovery..
And if u can upload ur updater script ill can tell what is the prob...

Nope and the updater script is same i use on my MIUI rom!

If I'm not wrong it's something wrong with 2.56 AROMA.
Try to replace that with older AROMA

I hav no idea of cmw but it can be done via twrp
Download aroma file manager
Mount system b data n install it via cwm
File manager s gonna get opened n u can do cut copy delete etc.

just download it place it in the root of ur SD card and rename it as "recovery" (without quotes) thn install mobileuncle thn click on update recovery it ll search 4 the revovery.img thn it ll guide u through the same :good:

Nd also mediatek devices r virtually unbrickable

recovery is flashed in order to flash custom rom r som mods so u should use CMW as u preffer
and rooting ur device r updating the recovery shouldn't affect ur aplications
as u told tht the game is not running pls do check if the OBB file is missing r if something is corrupt

I downloaded real racing 3 from play store of 16 MB.When I open it it is stucked on EA logo .According ton other games it should let me download the SD card data.or if I flash recovery will it help me in these things??

You own a Xperia SP and you love boot animation of Nexus 5 then you can post a request here in this thread and your desired boot animation would be there for your device too. You can even link a video if you like it and want it as your boot animation

Bootanimation basically works when it gets right permissions. Install after r-r-r-w permission. If this also fails then use room toolbox lite and install the animation

They are the boot animations of Android L that were not availble for the device resoulution. Sorry I had no other option but they are 480p and not that bad :laugh::fingers-crossed:

recompile the zip then, I also had same issue with my first boot animation. Desc.txt gets corrupted which doesn't allow boot to load on device

Just extract it on desktop and create a new desc.txt and make desired changes or use boot animation factory google it
