Hello, I managed to get 2 days 11 hours battery life on G2 mini, pretty good right?
Mostly average usage, no games, a lot of browsing and texting.
I attacged a screenshot.
Share your experiences on battery life!
G2 mini has a good battery life and it's fast charging too. I was able to manage more than one day but haven't reached two days yet but given the battery performance I agree it can last up to 2+ days.

Hello, I'm thinking to buy the Neo as my next phone.
Currently I have a X10 and my battery life is decent, like 16h per day and I would like to know about the batt life on the neo to make a comparision

i had the x10 for a while and with normal use the neo (my current device) lasts alot longer. i would say i use my phone heavy with alot of wifi and 1,7Ghz and it lasts almost 1,5 days.
btw. the neo looks and feels great

In normal use my neo has a 2/2.5 days battery life
That's a good phone !
For normal use with wifi on: 2 days without wifi: 3 days
Playing,wifi,bluetooth,gps: half to 1 day
I've just got a Neo to replace my X10 and it's great - I love it. Using it quite a lot at the moment as I get used to it and the battery hit 10% last night after 15.5 hours. Pretty good I reckon!

Takes a few days of use and several charges to settle down, but no complaints here. Most of that is the battery "conditioning" itself and also Android OS calibrating the battery stats.
With WiFi and auto sync on all the time,display brightness to 100% and a lot of fiddling with the phone(calls,gaming,internet,photos,videos,e-books,music etc) it lasts for about 12 hours with a remaining of about 10-12%. Which I consider to be pretty decent
Had mini pro fro half a year and battery was dead in 6 hours ,,,,,

Had my neo for about a month~ or so now and the battery lasts me over a day easy with a decent amount of use. It's definately worth getting in terms of battery life, compared to my old phone (google nexus s)
Battery like on x10 is pathetic compared to Neo my friend
I moved from x10 on Friday and haven't looked back
This is my phone since 6am roughly, after heavy use with brightness toggled between full and a quarter

I just got the amaze for the second time..... Never cared to notice before but I think for being htc and htc is well known for its quality hardware but terrible battery life.. I was in awe over the battery life for it on a first time full charge !!
Off charge at 7 am and heavy usage till 3pm and with 70% battery left after 8hr..
Reallyy!!!!
All my evos and mytouch devices in the past on OTHER CARRIERS were dead by 12 Noon!!
Maybe htc got it right with this phone.. I'm really content with stock Rom , which makes me wonder how much better can it get with this talk about Energy 03.10.12 Rom....being stellar Battery life!!

Energy is nice. I get great battery life. But if you're content with stock then just roll with that.
How in the world. I get 7 hours with intermediate use.....compared to every else's I feel like I night have a faulty battery

I can kill my battery in 7 hours if I use it really heavy, or make it last 24+ hours with little to no use... It really varies and "usage amount" is all relevant

Yeah phone is very nice battery sucks. My roommate has the s2. He listens to music , has gps ,on 4g on texts a few here and there from 6am to 3pm batt on 75 percent I'm like wtf. My **** gose to 100 to 62 % in a hour and a half and I have the 1950 mah batt Agh

I just literally hit the yellow mark in my battery department, which means 30% left. I took off charger at 9 am and is now 800 pm and I have streamed quite a bit of music, about 20 texts and a few calls, little web such as this very forum.
Even forgot to turn off my BT. So going on almost 11 hours. I should get my usual 10-15 hours of use. All on stock.

The only phone that I've ever owned that poor battery life that could compete with the Amaze's battery life is the original Evo.
In other words, The Amaze's battery life is tied for the worst that I've ever seen from a phone. Any phone.
Custom ROMs should improve things, as will the Anker battery so I hear. I'm going to test these theories.
My goal is to get equivalent usage compared to other Android phones. That will be my standard, not trying to squeeze 24 hours of continuous video watching or something like that. Right now on stock, with my standard usage patterns, it's dead in 8 hours tops. (Again, my other phones would not have been dead)
I'm am with you all. I have my days with this thing including the update to ics. I am ranging from 5 hrs to 15hrs. Yes they are the exact same usage. Minimum 1 hr of net, 20 minutes of you tube and about 6hrs of podcast or music. During this time I have the settings at : screen set as low as possible via widget thing and auto sync. Guess it depends on how the battery feels.
Forgot to add these results are from work. 12 hr shifts. 6 hours I am able to use continuously. The rest of the time its on breaks and sits in my locker.

Yeah last better than the custom Roms I've been using. In fact the new stock leak runs better then any Rom I've tried. Now to unlock and root.

Like glacier said earlier, it just depends on usuage. If at a sit down job and nothing to do but play on your phone, it is easy to drain about any phone.
I used to drain my BB 9700 in 8 hours with constant use, with tons of apps on it. That was considered one of the best phones out for battery life. Thing is when idle a lot, I could get an easy 24 hours off it, sometimes even close to two days.
Just depends how you use it. I can kill my Amaze in 6 hours, but again I average between 10-15 hours stock.

from usage, i get the best battery life on stock, i had BP before i reverted to stock, and BP was the worst i had in battery life, my list goes like
1. Stock
2. Sense 3.5 RC 1.7
3. Bp
stock is great for me, when idle for 7-8 hours it only drops 2% at most not 20% like BP or not 5-10% liek sense 3.5, gonna stick to stock as i dont need 'root' access, i just use the phone for video, music, talk, text, and browsing

I'm am extremely disappointed with the battery life on my HTC amaze.
Today for example, it was fully charged at 6 am.
I sent a couple texts, talked for less than 5 minutes, and did nothing else.
I had to plug it in by noon because the battery bar turned orange????
I carry 2 spare batteries in my purse.
I jave anker and I'm on my 3rd cycle. So far the battery life is slightly worse than stock for me.
I'm running speedrom which is supposed to have better battery life, but so far I can't tell the difference and I'm a moderate user.

Here is mine. I am very impressed so far. Battery life has been fantastic and I can't keep the thing out of my hands.
I got 4 hours screen on time.
Huge improvement over my Galaxy Nexus. Almost a 3x improvement.
I guess you're lucky guys because mine didn't last more than 4 hours for a full charge, had to reset twice and now it seems is working fine
someone mentioned this to me the other day. I love this app so far. It gives you a pretty awesome prediction of how much time you have left on your battery based on current usage. I unplugged it the other day, and it said I had about 25 H worth of power left (it had been sitting in standby on 4g for a while) ... that in of itself is shocking

Mine has been great. Way better than I expected.
5 hours screen on, 45 run keeper, lots of YouTube and internet browsing, all on 4g no Wi-Fi. I am loving this battery!

I've used extended batteries for my android phones years, like most users, because of very heavy usage. I am been on Wifi all the time! Got my Note 3 a month ago and I am still getting used to its huge screen lol... This is the first I’ve even heard of MPJ, mostly are positive so I give it a go. Fired the new battery up for a full days and think it definitely worth of use. Here is what I experienced with it, but only sharing my day to day usage, not an in-depth review.
There were a few times that I turned on gps (nearly one hour) while out and I usually surfing webs or streaming music (35% volume) for hours while commuting. I put bluetooth/4G/auto-brightness off. Went back home around 6 p.m and the battery remained 60%. I want to know its limit so even went out of my way to kill it by playing games etc. Next day I played heavy->moderate data and it finally die that night.

Thanks Not sure its exact battery capacity, but at least it is manage to last 2 days of battery life depends on my usage.
It's sound good, I heard about Zerolemone will come out extended battery...

Hello guys, I got the Xperia Z2 a week ago and I am loving this phone a lot. However today I went into the Power Management part and it was showing an expected battery life of 5 hours at 93%. Now I have been hard on this phone for past 2 days playing games constantly on it for 6-7 hours with small breaks. Could it be the reason why it is showing that so low?
It learns how you use it. Its saying if you play games just straight it'll only last around 5 hours

What the poster above said, the battery learns from your habits of using the battery. So if you constantly game, the battery life will show the expected battery life if you game.
