[Q] Cannot send sms... NEED HELP

Guys,
I really need your help with this...
I am unable to send sms...
Everything is working fine, only sms not working.
I can receive messages, but cannot send.
I get the error "Your text message cannot be sent."
Service center is correct
I hard resetted the phone, installed new radio, new rom, still not working.
it was working fine, i went on vacation to Turkey, came back, now not working.
Any help would be appreciated, I cant sms with my girl ='(
RADIO = 2.07.50
ROM = Energy (29 september)
get the service message centre and update the phone
If your UK based and the cente number still wont work (replace it regardless of it being correct or not) then redo with 0044 not +44
I tried that also, no luck...
I hate this, i need to find a solution....

[Q] Picture Messaging Problem

I have debranded T-Mobile SGS 2 and install XXKG1 stock and rooted the phone. Now I can not send picture message or receiving it.
I have checked APN setting and it seems everything is correct.
Please help.

[Q] MMS download issue

I have a problem with MMS reception since a few days and I can't resolve it. I found some thread about similar problem, but no clear solution.
Here is my problem: Each time I receive a new MMS I click on the "Download" button in the SMS/MMS app (stock app or Handcent SMS) and I got an error message: "Download of <MMS Subject> from <Sender> failed."
This problem happens for every MMS, whatever I'm connected in 2G, 3G or 3G+ and my APN configuration is correct (French Bouygues Telecom carrier). I have no problem to send MMS and reception worked fine in the first days I used my Galaxy S2.
I first thought that it was a problem with my carrier (Bouygues Telecom) but it works fine if I put my SIM card in my old Galaxy S phone with same APN configuration and same SMS/MMS apps. The problem is clearly related to my new Galaxy S2.
I'm not 100% sure but now I think it could be related to the change of ROM, I flashed from a Bouygues Telecom XWKF3 to a Samsung stock XXKH3 and I'm using SpeedMod kernel K1-T39. This is the only one problem that I have, all is working fine except MMS download.
Is it a known problem?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Have u flashed it with pit and repartition? Should be a three parted firmware , maybe your modem or CSC doesnt match with your FW. I would try a custom rom, batista70 or litening rom.
For my SGS2 i have never set APN , it always works from the beginning and also MMs works fine.
regards
I have flashed a one file version, without PIT and without repartition. It's supposed to contain the full package PDA + Modem/phone + CSC.
I got it from the following thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1075278
Really strange, it works fine with Go SMS since it's not working with the stock SMS app or Handcent SMS. I really not understand what is the root cause but at least I found a workaround using Go SMS
I'm having the same issue with my phone.
Whenever I click to download MMS's in any messaging program(Stock,GOsms ect)
Either it just hangs at the download screen or an error pops up.
I'm running Sensations 1.6 ROM
so I have no idea why it wouldn't be workinh
Hopefully someone can help me out !
Same problem here with GoSms..
Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk
This is strange that it works only with GoSMS in my case and not for others having the same issue.
Anyway, maybe something that works for everyone: I noticed that if the MMS automatic download option is enabled in the stock app, it works whatever the default SMS app is (tested with stock, Handecent and GoSMS). But of course a data connection must be available when the MMS arrived.
It seems that the real problem is that the SMS/MMS app is not able to download the MMS content after the initial reception

thats a stock kernel ur having and thats not a problem at all.
1)check ur simcard by putting the same in some other phone and see u can send SMS from it, if u can then some issue with ur phone software for sure.
2)if u cant then try replacing the simcard and see.

That just basically means you have no service. In settings reset network settings
