No it has both 4.4.2 and 5.0 L keyboard combined in latest google Android L

1) I didn't test on CM10.1 , but You can try
2) Yeah S4 Luncher For JB HERE
3) I think I should make another Theme to make icons as normal , but it will take time !

Installation:
If you have Instagram already installed, please uninstall it, then download the HOLO version and install as a normal .apk.

setting/app/ clean data Myfiles (remove myfiles2.apk from system app(old flash 4.3)

Hey Guys i saw a rom With Android 5.0 Lollipop In It ! I have installaed and its working smoothly and Yes i have got android l , But its not same as nexus 5 , But most of the features is Like ANDROID L .

Yep this is a basic Android L theme, my friend have a Nexus 5 on real Android L and it's totally different :/
The best way to have a Android L - Interface for now is to install Cyanogen 11 and a android L theme like: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/themes/cm11-android-l-1-0-3-7-2014-t2802926
