Am using d xt910 umts spyder. I tried flashing pacman 4.4.3 on my device via bootmenu manager. I did d flashing on d 2nd system. But d rom jus boot continuously witout proceeding to d main screen. Maybe some can upload rom converter so I can try and convert this rom.

Very well then. My issue is dat wen eva I flash a custom rom on my xt910, it runs fine except dat dere is no data connection. Bt on d stock rom dere is data connection. Thhough I hav once deleted my cid nd I'm booting my device via boot menu manager... I really nid a solution bcos am bored wit d stock rom on my device..

guys..pls help me.. my uncle gave me a g tab preinstalled .. i want to delete it..and restore froyo or any rom which supports camera and mic.. I am fed up with team DRH..
IT has super user installed but no rom manager.. i tinstalled rom manager and wen i try to backup the current rom..it just restarts..
Also i cant enter the recovery mod.. as it gets hand there... pls help me and suggest me a gd rom for my tab

I used this thread for the nvflash files that will restore the stock rom. It helped me install TeamDRH ICS and I think it rocks.

As you might have noticed rom manager doesn't play nice with our tablets. Future use don't use it or you will end up with a paper weight. Best to use the NVFlash method to revert back to the standard 1.2 boot loader with CWM pre installed. A script is something general.
You can run scripts from your SD on boot with script manager from play store.
There is not Any STOCK! rom with init.d support by default.
You will have to search on XDA for adding support on stock.
(Yes there is a way i had tried it on gingerbread.)

thx for ur rpy, but I hv got some scripts dat needed to b flashed.... how will I know dat they r actually working on stock rom ? one more thing, in galaxy phones stock rom supports init.d....
Script manager is verbose, so run them you will see if errors, if they run fine set to run on boot.
Or look here for adding init support to stock.

I've tried it before on cm10 n cm10.1 but end call button didn't work properly. The call still on untill reboot.
Reverted to stock ics n work flawlessly. :good:

That is not possibly. The hardware just does not have it, in simple words ,,the electronics for 3G'' is only for one slot, one card.

Made a new ROM compiled out of four different devices.
-Mega Sprint for some of its 4.4.4 files
-S5 mini for its app and priv app files
-S4 mini for its framework files.
-Note 4 for few UI apps of Touchwiz.
Used Dsixda's Android Kitchen
Please flash a modem as soon as you finish the installation. especially DNK1 modem.
After you complete the setup wizard, pull down the notification bar, and you will see SU binary needs to be updated. click it and update the binary in Normal Method and restart. The phone will start only after this step.
Important features

Try to choose the Xperia keyboard during setup. Its better than the Samsung Keyboard. It has one hand operation too.

Forget d files in the old folder.

Yes.. 49mb. Its for i9200.
Put it in Odin under phone tab. Uncheck auto reboot. And then flash it in download mode via Odin.

Im on metro mega the rom will boot i flash the stock modem for the metro mega but i keep get phone fail message. do you think its possible to get this to work on the metro mega? the other thread with the backup of your phone booted up but the data would go in and out with no wifi

I got the rom working on my metro..... I used the i9200 rom and i did regular not custom... still no wifi

The rom wont work on metro.. As the firmware files are different. This wil work on i9200 and i9205 if i9205 modem is flashed aftr the installation on i9205. I9200 will work even if u dont flash d modem.
I dont have a metro to debug..so.. It ll b hard to make somethin with no.bugs

Yea..thats d rom.. Download it. And nope..no modem. Take an oficial rom and take out d non-hlos.bin file and flash only that file via Odin. Only d modem.differs in d roms..it ll work..

hello bevinabraham, i installed your wonderful rom, it was everything perfect, and when finished, i immediately flashed a modem for i9205 from stock DNK1 rom, as you suggested, but nothing... i still have no working wifi... i tried to flash several modems, such as DNK1, DNE4, (all from stock roms), but it is always the same situation. what can i do to make working wifi on your rom? thanks man!

I think you need to reprocess it in the kitchen with the i9205 baseband and kernel. Is the system img the same on both devices? I am sure @megalomanic14 would be glad to provide you advise

I was thinkin of jus Makin a fix of the framework egl WiFi vendor files.. I guess that shud fix.. If not..mayb another i9205 rom ill upload nw that I m familiar with the kitchen n d porting methods.
