I tried to upload the soft Flashtool program
shows the kind of things are going ok but the phone on

Hey just download the flashtool, connect your mobile in flashmode and flash your mobile's frimware via it .

1.st25a is american and st25i is international.I think baseband is different.
2.You can,but you need exclude baseband.
Here is ftf for ST25i,http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1918920.Check it out.

Hi,
My cousin have x10i and He have next problems:
1. When x10i is put on charge(AC) it show green LED
2. After removing battery(10-30sec) on charging (AC), phone blink with red light for 2-3 mins and it stops
3. There is problem when you try to turn on phone :
3.a it sometimes blink 3 times RED
3.b it just vibrate
4. I tried to recover with SUESe but no luck it said that there is new software but phone wont load up..
What I should do to help my cousin
EDIT:
I put mobile on my PC and it sudendly show me batery (with bolt) and i turn on phone, and it had boot it and than it just crash and show me red led blinking

Hi there, I bought another x10 and just need some help with my another Xperia x10i.
Basicly when i put it on charge i get a green led light for like 30 seconds and then the led goes off. I also sometimes when im turning the phone on get 3 red lights which blink, other times when i try to turn the phone on it just vibrates and a green light flashes for like a millisecond. I really don't know whats wrong with the phone and if it can be repaired. I have tried to update it using PC companion but it keeps coming up with an error half way through the update, i have also tried to update it using update service but just like PC companion when its installing the software it installs a bit then comes up saying it cant install the software on my phone. I have also tried to flash the phone using flash tool and using Sony Ericsson X10i_2.1.A.435_GLOBAL-GGL GENERIC 1232-9897.ftf but it keeps saying error and that i need to turn on USB debugging which i cant do as the phone wont come on. Other times flash tool will just freeze when its installing system.sis. Please help me i really want to bring this phone back to life. Any help would be appreciated and if you need more info plz let me know.
My X10i don't work with flashtool or sony update service!

Now I'd like to upgrade to either an ICS firmware using the Flashtool (or do I need an official Sony Tool?) or install CWM/TWRP and flash a Rom-Zip. I'd prefer the later, but ICS would be much nicer already.
I do not know what the next step could be. As I cannot boot in Fastboot Mode, I am not sure, how to manage any of the two ways.

So I flashed WT19i_4.1.B.0.587_Generic Firmware with the Flashtool64. Worked fine just like that. Phone runs smooth now. Would still like to upgrade to Kitkat or Lollipop if possible. Bootloader unlock is still not allowed.

You don't necessarily need an unlocked bootloader (or a custom kernel, for that matter) to install recovery. I can't post a direct link as of now, but there are lots of threads about installing recovery on locked bootloaders here in XDA.
i want to flash the stock rom on a xperia ultra z (kitkat) , but when i try to flash it, it keeps getting out of flash mode, resetting into a update failed screen (yesterday i actually got it to flash something, but unfortunately i think the same issue happened) i saw a similar post but there were no replies
i tried it again and i got the same result as yesterday
