So guys some guys knowing this Mod from my Rom xKat. Now its available for you all. My "Fast TW Launcher" speeds up the sometimes laggy TW Launcher by Samsung.
You can choose between fast, blazing fast and stock tw launcher.

How to Flash:
Place the Zip on your intern or extern memory.
boot into Recovery
go on install into TWRP
look for where you placed the Zip

after that go to reboot

No! It is the normal TW Launcher and the same as i my Rom. So you cant use it with MagUX, this is why i delete the "MagazineLauncher" via this flashable Mod. Otherwise it wont work. So if you want to use MagUX, dont try it out.

If you want a transperent Meteo widget you can try this ONE it has a nice transparent widget :good: and works with all launchers (I think).

At first great work! I use your zip in all my roms installed on my p600. But now I get a problem.
I have tried to flash your SFTW.zip on my P600 running at "DocFreeDom's Tab-S port", but with no luck!
I get only fc's if I try to open SFTW after flashing your .zip!
I think it's because the port based on a T800 rom.
Is there anything I can do to changed something manually in your skript to get it working?
In system/priv. app the Mag.launcher.apk is changed into sec.launcher3.apk with permissions 644, as normal. I have tried a cache and dalvik wipe incl. fix permissions, but the fc's is still the same.
I will try it today again and make a logcat to see what is going wrong with the skript. I will post it here or send a PM to you directly.
Perhaps you can say me, what files and apk's/widgets I have to changed or delete, to get a clean and working SuperfastTouchWiz launcher, than I will try to make it manually.

My version 4.0 is based on dbt 442. So yes ive heard about it.
About your problem, i have actually no clue why its not working. Maybe the port is using different frameworks which are not harmonized with the normal tw launcher.
I can try to get the Mag Launcher working of you send me the launcher.apk, framework-res and twframework.apk. If i find some time a can try to set the correct values.

hello i am having some problems with simply honey..
1.[Solved] everytime i try to use swype it force closes
2.the launcher it came with (gingerbread launcher) fc everytime you open it
3.[SOLVED]recovery is still not usable
4. the ocean waves background fc's
5.[solved]sometimes the power button dosent work
If you haven't done so already, reboot into recovery and fix permissions. This always fix many fc, do you still need help with Swype?

Do you have rom manager installed? If so, what is the current recovery?
Edit...I'm reposting what I advised others about Swype.
Try this,
1. Uninstall swype, swype installer, or any left over cache
2. Search for any swype files or lib and delete them
3. Reboot
4. Install the apk attached
5. Log in, choose swype english, install, follow the directions on there until it's finished. Otherwise it won't license it if you don't follow all the directions from the app

Download Rom manager from the market, it's free, open it and flash the recovery for your phone, then at the bottom, choose fix permissions. Reboot your phone.
Let me know if this doesn't work.
You should reinstall it.

If you are looking for a fast and stable rom for your phone, go search for a gingerbread rom. ICS roms are still on besta stages and GB roms are much better right now. If you just want to test a lite ICS rom then you are welcome to download the rom.

I figured out how to do it. You need to add java.awt.jar to the list of jar files.
I have deodexed all 3 files.
now all that is left is to include this 3 deodexed apps to ICS.
ive been using this for about 30 minutes and so far had 5 reboots, besides that I like it

yeah I swear ive had that many its happened when I was scrolling fast and opening apps fast hitting the back button. just when I was moving fast like that.

Adnroid 4.0.4 + MIUIscotland 2.4.1
What don't work:
1.Camera/Bluetooth
2.menu/back doesn't have vibration.
3.No PIN/Pattern lock or systemUI will crash
4.Theme doesn't seems work perfect.
5.Permission Manager will crash if you want to run an root app which has not been set trusted in Permission Manager.
6.FileExplorer doesn't show all APKs' icon and can't browse /emmc. Check https://github.com/MiCode/FileExplorer to get my modified MIUIFileExplorer
7.'No Service' on notification bar.
8.Some ugly system app icon.
9.No flash in browser.
10.No chrome beta
11.Some useless settings.
12.No USB Mass Storage.
(Wow, too many bugs)

Hey uhm there is an app called: Blade Buddy. It says that it enables hardware acceleration, which is needed for chrome. I don't know if it helps, but maybe it's a solution?

I actually got the idea from your earlier post. Chrome doesn't work though.

There's 2 files part 1 and 2. Did you try to download both? and extract with winrar? or 7zip?

Well I flashed Part 1, It booted. The only is I think it's in Chinese and I don't speak/understand it :/ SO how can I translate this to english?

The bootlogo is "flashy" and too child-like for me. I'd like to have a simple bootlogo with MIUI and it like glows or something. Is there a way I can do this?

I believe noisyfox made a zip patch that makes it possible for usa to use intl roms and for intl users to use usa roms. Not sure though. You can find his thread in this section of the forum.

Yes it work for our device also. Just small bugs Myfiles FC when i try the task button near the 3 dot settings in the apps and i need to rename calculator.apk.
Full colour of your themed apps are beautiful as the wallpaper choice, i like this theme a lot. The centered clock in lockscreen go very well with the new note 4 weather widget.
Could you try to make other apps like sms and settings as i see in your ce4arab link ? Perhaps in vrtheme to make it for all the Note 2 versions.
PS: I prefer the original icons in the keyguard.apk but it's only personal taste.

You need to install like a normal apk, that if you have to have modified to Lollipop touchwiz launcher or modified rom that already support the themes.

The theme just change some general apps icons and wallpapers ..
The signal and battery icons are included in the rom Urkel, but also I sign icons.
