I waited for this long long long time !!! I check this right now !
Is there chance to get HTC Sense lock screen etc. ? ps. When i plug in phone to PC nothing happens. Debugging is enabled, in storage correct option is chosen.

I guess not, but HTC Sense lock screen was there in earlier editions;
But I can confirm USB works, I copied CALIBAN CM while on this ROM.

something to fix if possible:
*white theme not work on sms app setting,it always show black, also it isnt cheched
*#superuser in setting menu not show logs and apps with su permission, into superuser app everything is saved
*on camera after a video recorded,the cover image of the video is strange and show green and bad color
*you should update terminal emulator to the last version
*com.android.phone stopped when i start a call
*call history not stored
i'll upload logcat if u need them
something to add, if easy

-Yes, the ROM superuser is koush's, the superuser in use is chaindd's (I will replace it with SuperSU in next release)

Honestly, I have no Idea about that, but it worked fine for me, as I said a did file transfer. However, it took about 2minutes, for the drivers to install (dunno why, I already had them). Have you tried restarting?
Try both MTP and the other option available..
It should work.. Since I have no issue, I don't have a clue of what might be the problem..
Any other users with this problem?

Its a TEST Release and will have following minor bugs otherwise its fully functional to be used as daily driver..
First Boot takes Long and you will see a Message Unfortunately, SystemUI has stopped. Dont worry, Go to Settings>Date & Time> Select 24 Hour Format... Status bar will Appear in 5-10 secs. Time will show 12 hr time even if you select 24 hr. for time being this is easily ignorable
As you see your Status bar, REBOOT ONCE.. that is a must.. After reboot everything will be fine...
Settings background is black..

I was just wondering, how come ROMs nowadays doesn't include complete instructionson flashing anymore?.
There seems to be an assumption from chefs (no offense) that people who flash their devices are basically learned people already.
What about the noobs (like me, at least on Android)?
It was never like this during the WinMo times.
Just a thought.

JJ, can you also include in your rom HTC Beats? There is a huge difference when listening to music using a stock rom. ROMs like CM and MIUI are the best when listening to music compared to stock roms even if you have Equalizer and PowerAmp apps.
Putting this through its paces at the minute impressed with everything apart from the app drawer transitions effects (which I can prob turn off) apart from that all seems well.I also have the black keyboard and the toggle zips installed so kudos to yourself jj and hansip.Very nice and different enough from the stock se to warrant the experience
As for the comment about use google to find instructions for a rom on xda?I wouldnt agree.Its good that the ray forum has a lot of people who are very android/dev savvy, but there are others who are not.

-You can also use the kernel krsh3. but from my friend reports that a tester, wifi was not working. maybe you have to install a new wifi module from kamarush.
and this is only for Xperia Mini!
-After you successfully install this rom. go to settings> paranoid settings> list of apps> all> phone, then tap the phone app, tap tabletUI> tablet UI. Stock DPI (tablet)> stock DPI (tablet) then apply, then reboot. This is so you can make calls. if after doing this but you still can not make calls, install this patch. and you can make calls after you install it. (For Mini and Mini Pro)

-After you have finished downloading kernel, please extract its package.zip. You will see 2 boot.img.
-1boot.img for xtrymind kernel
-2boot.img for FXP kernel
please you choose to use whichever kernel. if you use a xtrymind kernel, there will be additional governors on performance. like a smartass and smartassV2, and better performance rom. but if you are using this kernel, after booting will feel very heavy and lag. but after a few minutes all will work fine. (Only for Xperia Mini Pro)

So I've just spent a lil while testing and all looks great. Still a work in progress to get everything sorted but its def on its way. Few small bugs.
1. Using xperia home there are some size differences that need fixed see the screenshots.
2. Extended desktop doesn't remove the notification bar. For me anyway.
3. Sony apps like the xs conversations app and phone app won't install. We can look into that xperiandra.
Thats all so far. I had to flash back to real ics, but I'm going to look at it again tonight and see whats going on with it.

yes, all serve to cm9 kernel which I think would work well here. because it based its cm9 rom. but I recommend you use a fxp kernel.

Yeah, but why would you Don't want the S voice and it is cool .. Bout the homebutton bug, u try open any app, wait till the screen timeout and press the homebutton to wake it up. See if our app is still opened or go to homescreen. If it does not, then u can directly flash in my ROM. Bout the S-voice juz uninstall it thru any uninstaller like Titanium or Root Explorer

I tested my self and everything went fine and smooth.. BTW SAMSUNG will officially release JB rom within this 5 day if they follow the schedule.
You were right, there must be still bug yet haven't discovered and the current status is bug-free for me :laugh: except the MW mod becoz use it as your own option :good:

A: This is Stock, that mean GingerBread 2.3.6

A: Indeed, i just made changes in styles.xml on framework-res... I change all text sizes and default icons size ( smaller ) to be look like more dpi on our QVGA. Rather than change dpi value in build.prop that could be mess the apps will not works. This is a better way to make better on visuallization...
Q: I hate this backgound, how do i change it?
A: Very simple, just follow this steps:
- Copy your framework-res.apk into your SD Card
- Send it to your PC
- Open it with WinRAR or 7z.
- Navigate to /res/drawable/
- You will see yakuza_background.png this is what you looking for
- Prepare your any .png file then rename it to yakuza_background
- Are you sure has change it as the same named?
- If yes, now just drag and drop your .png into /res/drawable/
- Let the file replaced then just select OK in message pop-up
- Send it back to your phone
- Use Root explorer or simillar apps
- Copy your new framework-res.apk to /system/
- Yes, DO NOT straight to /system/framework/ because you will ends with bootlooping
- In /system/ folder, change your new framework-res.apk permission to rw-r-r--
- Then change owner and group as root-root
- Now you can move it to /framework/ folder
- When paste it, select OK in prompt message
- Get out of there then reboot your phone
- Enjoy your fav background....

Now this is what I'm talking about. Improving on stable stock rom instead of unstable CM9.
Just one small bug. When you have too many notifications filling up the top of the status bar, it'll crash and disappear. Happened to me when I was restoring apps in Titanium Backup and was too lazy to clear notifications. Otherwise, this is a great rom. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Oh, I've been around occasionally when I had the time. Just been busy with other stuff. In any case, it's good to be back.
Btw, it crashes in any app that uses Webview, I think?
So some other browsers e.g Dolphin Browser Mini and any other apps crashes too. It only crashes when you try to load a webpage though not anywhere else like settings or something.
Any idea what's happening there?

One of my favourite apps isn't working so I'd thought I would ask, just for the sake of that app.
Actually, is there way to release a small zip file that fixes the problem? It'd be alot easier that downloading 100mbs all over again...

i wish i can just make a Hotfix, but it's impossible...
coz it's need lots of set perm, sync, n symlinked...
i'm afraid that won't works properly with just Hotfix... maybe it will fix some apps fcs...
i hope i can upload it on sunday...

INSTRUCTIONS

Sim unlock pin just simply dismiss it , it wont appear until next reboot
aosp keyboard working fine for me too let some one confirm it

sorry brother, I dont use data , maybe some other friend of ours could report that too
its the Fxp Cm10 kernel in zip, but as the announcement says, please test with other cm10 kernel(fusion/super fusion/lupus/ any other) and do report
was a bit laggy on the fxp kernel (included in the zip). Running it on Fusion 5.5. Works like a charm.

unable to grant root access to apps.!!!
this seemed promising, but this should not have happened!!
This rom is simply awesome. bt i cannt get the root access. when i open superuser it says binary must be updated, bt i cannot update that,,,it shows error message...wt the solution ?
I wish I don't want to go back to my previous driver after this awesome ROM!
