Just flash in recovery!
After flashing if it doesn't work go into Settings/My Device/Motions and gestures and turn quick glance off for about 10 seconds then turn it back on.
I tested on my device running NC5 Stock.
Thanks to @2WhiteWolves for verifying that it works for the Sprint S4 as well
Updated with zips made from an app created by JRummy Apps INC found here. Also add a stock zip.
I installed the gs4_Kk4.4Blue.x.V1.1.3.6Sac.v3 and the only problem is I get a notification about Voicemail one message pending. But I didn't sent any voice mail message.
Wrong thread; whatever that is it's not my work and I don't even know where to begin on trying to help you with that issue. Hope you get it figured out.

Gotcha; I only posted them links in reference to their themed glanceview other than that I don't really know much about their other mods. I can say in the past (I myself) had problems getting T mobile stuff to work on my phone and just about everything I tried from the i9505 has.

In order to make them you must be able to decompile an apk, have 7 zip installed onto computer, and a photo editor. There are two folders in the res folder used for theming.
I can't be any more detailed right know but you are more than welcomed to use mine as a base to help you learn. Hopefully I can find time to post a how to here.

Truly I have know clue. Would like to say yes but I don't want to mislead you. Make a backup a try. Please let me know. I have another apk from the I900 so if this one doesn't work I can pm you that one just to see if that works. If it does I'll use that one to theme for the sprint users.

Please don't get mad, but I have a some questions before I do this. I just want to make sure I am doing correct.
1. I make .bak on GlanceView.apk and GlanceView.odex. Then, I copy and paste the Blood Splatter GlanceView.apk in the system/app and give permissions?
2. Then I flash one of the zips in custom recovery?
3. Or can I just .bak the GlanceView.odex and just flash one of the zips?
4. Is it normal when you .bak the GlanceView.apk for it turn like a white piece of paper instead of the android guy?
Is that why you have to copy and paste the blood GlanceView.apk?
Or can I copy and paste the original GlanceView.apk after I do the .bak on the original GlanceView.apk and flash the zip?
I think that is it. Thank you.

1: Yes; add .bak to both the apk and odex so you have a copy of your original.
2: Yes; flash the one you want if recovery.
3: Don't do just one rename both so you have both.
4: Yes; Every time I had to rename something in this manner that is the result.
Originally pushing to system was the only method I had until I was able to make a flashable zip. Only push if it doesn't flash.
Hope this clears things up!!

Ok, it worked ?. But not to be rude, I don't like the pic. Will you do something else besides skulls and the blood? I didn't realize it was like that. I have to go back to the original one.
@2WhiteWolves,
I'm glad it works for you. Check the OP I added two new ones but if you didn't like the Skull or the Blood then don't bother with Evil-Clown. I'm trying to upload some screenshots but the image size is to large.
Would this work?

Would you mind if I added your thread to SuperS4 thread? If you say yes, would still have to ask the developer of that thread first. I posted but didn't ask first.

Hey Xperiax10iuser.... I meant XperienceD,
thanks for the great theme, but i think you put the wrong link to the download of your new creation. It sends me to the 1061 tones compilation that you have created. I have been using your themes since the x10 and lookforward to using this theme when you correct the download link

Hi!
I have tried to install your theme, but was unsuccessful. In a bootloop right now and i´m not able to re flash my ROM to :/
I copied from App folder to system/app whit rootexplorer and changed the permissions. But when it was time for Frameworks, everything crashed. Restarted and was in a bootloop .
Have waited several minutes (~10) for flash to start but it does not.
First i tried trough Android-sdk but unsuccessful, then flashtoll and success to re flash.

Go to the app folder and check again, sounds like you've missed the permissions.

You're supposed to change the permissions before copying and you copy the individual files, not the folder, so if you're stuck in a bootloop you'll have to flash.

Having just re-read them to be sure, I thought they were too. I lost my settings through the week but low and behold, went to apps, and I'd forgot to change the permissions, most of the apps you should get away with but SystemUI which goes in apps is a must as is any framework files. 4 times (2 if you don't include the OTA) I had to reflash yesterday lol because I wasn't paying attention, so I know just how easy it is to miss one.
Now I threw this together in about a hour... tested it on stock and systemui crashed but im not sure if it will work for other roms so give it a try and report back
I will eventually make this work for all roms on every phone when i get time, it uses the systemUI from jellybomb so if anything it should work with jellybomb
This is a batch file that is meant to be ran on the pc with your phone hooked up. It backs up your systemui.apk to your sdcard under backupsystemui, if systemui crashes on you just rename backupsystemui to SystemUI.apk and copy it over to system/app and overwrite the one thats there.
remember this is a test for now until i get more time to fix any problems with it, just follow the onscreen instructions after clicking "DropDownChanger.bat"

I personally use "Banks Gapps" Google them if u like
Do we need to upgrade from 4.3 to 4.4 to flash this? If so can we go back to 4.3? Seems I read that the 4.4 bootloader is unlocked but then I see where some people on 4.4 are saying they can't go back. Things are moving so fast now that I can't keep up. When it rains it pours but loving all the new toys. One more...does the rom have to be universal to flash on sprint or will htlexx work? On t-mobile s4 I could flash Verizon att and t-mobile roms with no issues. Haven't had a cdma phone in years. Thanks to any one who can provide some insight.

Hey everyone! It's been a while since I released anything for Android. I took a much needed break from everything for about 5 months. Well now I'm back and I'm making my home the Note 2 section
Now let me tell you first off, this ROM is absolutely nothing to go crazy over (hence the name). However, it will eventually grow into a pretty badass build by time the last update rolls around. So if you want to use this ROM, what I'm asking is that you take a journey with me. This ROM will be an adventure and I would like you all to go on that adventure with me. Follow me through every step of this ROM. Too many times nowadays, ROMs are used for about a maximum of 1 month before people get bored and move on to something else. That's why I started Mediocre ROM. I wanted to start with a completely clean slate, and then eventually add features in 1 by 1 (or a group of features here, group of features there). My point is that I want this ROM to have many updates, that way you, the user, are never bored. Also, if you have ANY suggestions, please post them!! I'm not saying they will all be implemented, but they will ALL be considered. So without further ado, let's get to the brass tax!

I am not responsible if your phone divides by 0 and causes thermo-nuclear war with Russia!
NOTE:
You must be on the MJ9 Firmware to flash this ROM!!
Credits will be added as more and more people contribute the features that get added into this ROM.

any chance of getting a non-safestrap version for the ones who haven't upgraded to 4.3 & locked bootloader?

I'll look into it. Shouldn't be too hard to do but since I'm locked and on 4.3 this build will have priority.

I kinda wanted to keep this stock Note 2 but I do love the Note 3 apps that everyone is putting in theirs so I might throw them in. I'm glad you like the idea. Haven't seen anyone else do something like this yet.

OK no problem it's your rom, I was just asking. I love them as well and since they have come out I haven't used a rom without them yet but either way I'll be trying this.. thanks again man
Download link and MD5 posted in the OP! Let's get this party started!
I must have got a bad download. I got an error after the flash and had to go back to Alliance. I'm going to try another download and try once more as I think this is one of the coolest rom concepts yet and want to be involved. Thank you for doing a rom just for safestrap users like me.

Had this issue before with ROMs. Might be a bad upload. I'll have to look at the link and see what's up. Thanks for letting me know!

Unfortunately it happened again using the same link. After install I get a red FAILED ... so restored back to Alliance. I will try again once you check the upload. Thanks again and I can't wait to give this a whirl.

Lol no worries! I didn't find a different place to upload it yet. I'm going to try a couple places today though. It is definitely a bad upload though. Size of the file is 1.02GB and it only uploaded 801.1MB. I'll comment here though as soon as I get this uploaded. I have access to a FTP host now so I'll try that.
Disabled "home button wake" too. Going to start uploading after I make a few changes real quick.
Really sorry for taking so long everyone! I ran into some issues and will be posting something this week.

First off I want to think Gharrington and Pas2001 for this amazing Mod and the excellent support they are giving for it. Top notch guys and all class. Head over here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2799958 to download the app and make damn sure you give thanks. It'll come with smali files that you won't need. Just install the app as a regular app. YOU MUST INSTALL THE APP FIRST OR YOU WILL GET FC ERRORS. I'm not responsible for any damage or terrible things you may do to your phone. I will however accept credit for any good things that may happen in your life. [emoji12]
!!!UPDATE!!!
I have remade this with the latest updates for the battery mod. You should only need to flash this. It should and the key word is should put the updated batterymod app in your data/app partition. BACKUP YOUR PHONE FIRST!!! Can not stress this enough. You have 0 to lose if you backup your phone. You can always go back. This zip has been used on other roms successfully so it ought to work on this one. I just haven't tested it. So let me know so I can update this. This includes the quicklaunch as well. I'll make another without that after I can confirm the zip works. Then I'll make one for sacs v4 as well. Thanks.
3minit should work on aosp roms as well so if you'd like it on the one your running let me know. I'll need your framework.res and your systemui.apk in order to make the necessary changes.

Your the man Dd.. Good work
The link in the OP is dead and it takes you to a page that says the file has been deleted or moved. Does anyone else have a mirror or a copy of this modded systemUI that I can download, please?

My bad. Must've done while preparing MOAR. If you'll pull the systemui.apk, twframework.res, and framework.res from your rom (must be the ones from the actual rom zip and not from your system) and upload them I'll hook you up. Found in /system/framework/ .....

I'll have this for you today. I apologize for the delay. Had some stuff come up last night. Go ahead and install this now. It's the updated 3minit app. You'll need it first before adding the systemui.apk. just install as a normal app. Ignore the smali files. You don't need those.

Did you install the app first? And it's updated since I made this thread. I've been running sacs moar so haven't been keeping up with anything.
