Good afternoon everyone,
In the spirit of improving our phone, one enthousiastic member @shaikhsumair99 started working on Multiwindow.
At first I was a bit sceptic, but I decided to join him.
In this thread we'll keep everyone informed about the Multiwindow and eventually the download for it will come.
To mods: Don't delete this post please! We want to combine forces and keep people updated about it, as the download will not appear in 24 hours, I beg you do not delete this, cuz we're trying our best to contribute something
An exact changelog of every step taken will be posted here.

Actually when we add flashbarservice.apk to system/app eventually MW toggle appears replacing the sync toggle at the end...
After searching for some hours in the sqlite editor (available on play) I've found that in settings provider many things are missing...
But by default MW switch is enabled so I can somewhat confirm that MW is not a kernel related feature...
I was keen on sharing my findings hope it was helpful...

It was helpfull for sure!
But the toggle doesn't have to be replacing Sync toggle, that could be simplier by adding a line into SystemUI/res/drawables/arrays
If you add one line in that the toggle will be added, instead of replacing another one.

You got me interested into this topic again ....
Some one pass me the framework.jar, multiwindow.jar,android.policy.jar and services.jar also the flashbarservice.apk from galaxy grand duos ..
We r going to take multiwindow from grand (for some reason...which i cant explain right nowand yes it is a firmware specific feature not kernel related issue at all and plz write your firmware somewhere coz it helps ...mine is xxlqe )make sure the above mentioned apps are deodexed
U can take it from Bali boxer's ROM(make sure u download the deodexed version cause his ROM is in odexed format too) in galaxy grand duos development
please note -
i am on a low speed connection and hence I can't download the ROM(a big sorry for asking all those files)....
I can only help u people with these files otherwise please don't expect anything from me...

I am presenting a new system fonts apk which is 'Samsungsans.apk' that has a lot number of fonts.
Remove the existing one from /system/app and place this one

reboot,

Yes, (for safety you can rename the existing SamsungSans as samsungsans.apk.bak
Then place this.)

Mates, after tasting the 4.4.4 build of @GigilinE, original thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...4-4-4-samsung-n7100-ported-korean-s3-t2887689, i liked the Keyboard and tasted it on latest phantom NHI1 (and should work on other roms). it is working fine.
This is a mixture of AOSP and SAMMY keyboard. All latest kb features are working with aosp based kb look. It takes less space as the numeric keys are on the top row and there are graphical changes also. yes, it supports multi dpi/240 dpi. And it doesn't have the bug of double spacing if select any word from suggestions which is on latest NHI1 base.

overwrite/ replace the new apk on /sysyem/app, change permission and reboot.
you should keep a copy of the existing one in case to revert.

Very nice. I got a question for ya. Are you having issues recompiling Settings? Or LGSystemUI. It looks like your Settings is working.
No they compile fine. First time I compiled settings it gave me some resource errors, but I got it going after after including it in apktool's framework files and using the 2.0 beta9 version of a apktool.

Currently finishing systemui(going to use the lollipop icons), and the trio.. contacts/incallui/teleservice. So in short, very soon.. I am going to share it after I finish those. I will add the other apps after release like mms, gallery, hangouts etc etc.
