Hi all,
When i use the camera shortcut on my lock screen, whenever i press the "changing to front/back camera" sign or the setting button, it just brings me right back to the lock screen.
Seems very buggy
please help..
Try using the camera button instead?
Just tried and have no problems switching front-back camera or going into Settings, if I launched the camera app via the lockscreen.

Hi, just wondering how you would set another Camera app to start when pressing the camera button, at the moment the Default camera app opens.
Thanks!
When pressing camera button to launch camera app there is a ~0.5 second delay before it decides to start the app, if i start it by shortcut it starts instantaneously, is it posible to remove this delay please?
Also it would be nice to start it by half pressing also as now it needs to full press the camera button
Thnx alot

Click to collapse
Even I'm looking to do this. MIUI needs to fix this. Even on lockscreen swipe right , stock camera opens up. That also has to be changed.
Hi
I have installed the Google Camera on my Poco F1 [from apkquick] and made that the default camera. I would really like to have a gesture/ button shortcut (eg. double click the power button) to take me to the Google Camera. But it always takes me back to Poco's own camera app. Is there a way to have a gesture/ button shortcut to the Google Camera app?
Thanks!
Not sure if it's something I inadvertently broke, but when my UK XQ-BC52 61.1.A.2.211 (Android 12) is locked, I can't get into the Photo Pro app by holding the shutton button. It just opens up the lock screen asking me to unlock the phone.
Double pressing the power button does still work though.
My phone has an unlocked bootloader and is running Magisk.
Just another A12 bug?
Is it just Sony's confusing mess? Opening the camera with the power button is a system setting while the shutter button is an application setting in Photo Pro and Cinema Pro. Maybe the Photo Pro has no background permission and can't see the button presses.
Ah, just figured it out. Turns out it was caused by me removing the camera shortcut from the lockscreen with XPERI+. Resetting the Right shortcut got the shutter button working properly again.
