[Q]Kernel - HTC Desire X

What is the difference between stock kernel of htc one m7 and our stock kernel? They both have the same version: 3.4.10
So, What we Can use the htc one m7 stock kernel????????????

Kernel contains all drivers of the phone/hardware. And m7 is totally different from Desire X. We can't use other kernels except ours.

[Q] What is the best rom for the htc rezound?

What is the best rom for the htc rezound? I want to have the latest version of android and sense for the htc rezound with everything working. I think the latest is android 4.0.4 and sense 4.0
For Sense, you'd be looking at either Newts One XxX or Team PKMN's Venusaur Rom. If you prefer AOSP, take a look at Scott's CleanRom Dev Edition android 4.0.4 isn't ready for our device yet, so 4.0.3 is the best you'll get
Good luck man!

What you've seen on shendu is number of downloads (128). The ROM has 452.54 Mb, and the second one with sense 5 on ICS 4.0.4, has 437 Mb.
Anyway, until a compatible kernel will be made, no chance for JellyBean. Actual kernel only support ICS, and HTC doesn't have any plans to update it. They already ceased production for this model. To build a new kernel takes time, and it needs very good knowleges of what a kernel is and does. It can't be made by anyone.
One of our friends from this forum is already working on a new kernel. We have to wait for him to finish his work.

If your phone is Desire V (T328W), here you have a ROM with sense 5 appearance and with sense 5 weather. I removed live wallpapers because of draining battery, but if you download the source ROM indicated in that post, you can extract Livewallpapers apps from /system/app of the downloaded ROM and copy to your phone /system/app.

[Q] htc one x plus nfc not working

Hey,
I have installed latest insertcoin rom on my HTC one x+ and when I try to read or write nfc tag nothing happends.
I have tried differend roms and even the roms based on the original htc sense but without success.
Does somebody had the same problem? Or do you know some dev tools for nfc to see if it receives the data or something?
Kind regards
