Unable to scroll infinitely on the App Drawer after installing xposed. - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S 5

After installing xposed, I installed XBlast and Wanam, and after customizing some stuff, I noticed I couldn't scroll from the end of my app drawer, all the way back from the beginning. I had to go all the way back 6 screens to the left, instead of just going 1 screen to the right and being back at the beginning. I already factory reset and wiped the cache, but the problem is still there...any ideas of how I can fix this problem?

Have you tried a launcher like nova? Is in their sins for infinite scroll

I have the same problem. It is a fact that when you start installing multiple modules they start conflicting with each other when it comes to small tweaks like this.

[Q] Change bottom 4 icons?

Is there any way to change the lower 4 icons, or at least set it back to default? I lost my Phone and Contacts icon, just Messaging and Applications are showing.
Not sure how this happened, it started somewhere between updating to WKE2 -> Rooting -> Adding the stock kernel back again -> Freezing some apps. I have unfrozen all apps nog, but the 2 icons have not come back to the static buttons at the bottom. I can however see them in Applications.
BTW, besides than this WKE2 seems to be running smooth for me, was a little worried after seeing some other threads.
in the app drawer you can hit the left soft key -> edit and just drag anything u like to the dock.
Hah, I *am* a TouchWiz noob. Thanks!
I must be doing something wrong as i cant get the bottom 4 apps to change. I can customise the othe pages but not the 4 apps on the home page. Any futher help for a noob.

Open up the App Drawer, hit 'Menu' (left softkey), drag what icon you want out and replace it with what you want.
Bare in mind you can only replace three of the four icons.
Many thanks for the pointers, got it sorted.

[Q] Problems editing app info, accessing build.prop

Back when I first rooted my NT, I seem to recall being able to edit the information, access FC, etc on a given app by click-holding the icon. Now, the only thing click-hold does is either move the app to the desktop if in Apps, or bring up the trash can if on the desktop.
I thought I could live with the issue, until I started trying to edit my build.prop with PropEditor to change the NT's fingerprint to spoof a Nexus S.
First step is to clear the Market data. Usually, I'd click-hold the Market icon, which would take me to a screen that gave me the option to FC, clear data, etc. Of course, I couldn't do this, so I had to take a round-about way getting to that screen (using Mobo Task Killer).
Next step is to install, then run PropEditor. Ran the app.
Next step is to save a backup of /system. PropEditor FAILED to save.
I figured if I were really careful, I could still go into build.prop and do what I had to do, doing a factory reset if I screwed something up. So I looked for build.prop and clicked on it... only to get an error message saying that the NT couldn't open build.prop for me.
Thoughts?
BTW... I guess "click-hold" should actually be "long press"
What launcher are you using? That behavior is present in ADW.

I'm using the Honeycomb launcher. Is there a way to switch or other launchers after you've completed the rooting process?
You can clear the defaults from the application settings, or you can install a new one (try uninstalling and reinstalling ADW if you already have it installed).

Outstanding! Now THIS is an interface I understand! My only complaint is that I've gotten used to being able to stack the icons closer.
Now then, on to the problem of the build.prop...

I just couldn't get PropEditor to work for me, so I wound up downloading Root Explorer instead.
Here's me being cautiously optimistic...

You can change the columns and rows in the ADW settings ... I have mine at 8 and 9 ... is that what you're referring to?

No, I was changing the build.prop to spoof a Nexus S. It didn't work under PropEditor, so I had to install Root Explorer and do it that way.

[Q] app icons disappeared

So today one of my apps disappeared from my home screen, and I noticed it had also disappeared from the app drawer. I also had some apps in a folder on my home screen, and deleted the folder, and now all those apps have disappeared. They are still installed on my phone, but the only way to open them seems to be to search for them in the market, and use the open button that it provides.
None of these apps are installed on my sd card, only internal storage. I'm completely stock, with the stock TW launcher.
Anyone know what's going on and how to fix this? I have of course tried rebooting, and clearing the cache from these apps.
Thanks!
I've had the same thing happen to a couple different apps.
I'm on DaG's overclocked kernel, TPC Rom V2, and ADW EX Launcher.
My widgets keep doing that randomly

Theres gotta be some sort of cache somewhere that the app drawer uses to maintain a list of all of the installed applications. Gotta be some way to force it to rebuild it.
Or maybe not. I bet uninstalling and reinstalling the program would fix it.
Clear dalvik in recovery should work.

Will this effect anything else we should know about before doing it?

Google Now

First off i lost my copy and need someone to link me as my searches are coming up empty.
Secondly when I did have it I was never able to get the swipe up feature to work. You're usually just have to swipe from bottom of screen to top of screen to open it.
I'm running liquids cm10 if that helps.

Google now is in all the JB gap packages. Just download one, open the zip and side load it to system apps, fix permissions, reboot. Or just reflash jb gapps. Side loading is easier, I feel

It should also be available in apk form in the themes and apps section ...
It might be the one from the N7000 ...but I can't see that being a problem ...g

You were right it is cooked into the rom, but what about the swipe feature?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using Tapatalk 2
The swipe feature only works from the navigation bar on phones that have on screen buttons, such as the galaxy nexus, and its actually swiping up from the on screen home button. I haven't tried it, but with aokp I know you have the option to have the navigation bar, so you could be able to use the swipe up gesture on an aokp Rom
That being said, once you have Google now installed, it replaces the main search function anyways, so just pressing your search button launches it.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
Also with either apex or nova you can create a swipe up gesture on the home screen and assign it to launch google.

"Complete action using" not remember

Running mk2. Constantly getting the same pop up window asking what app I should use to open links, email, etc... even though I keep selecting "always" for a given app. Tried resetting app defaults,
cache, and even factory reset. The default app selection is never remembered.
I had an app I installed that caused that to happen. Do you remember what you installed right before it started? If so, remove that app and try again and see what happens.
