I have had a terrible time finding a case solution. I've been all over the online stores looking and came up empty. The only options available seem to be from AT&T. They are way too expensive! :crying:
Ideally, I want a set that works together. Like the black one on AT&T.
Yeah i have the asus folio set. A friend works for AT&T so i got half off and still was $40

We will all have to wait until third party manufacturers invade amazon. The folio case is not my type of thing, this device needs an otterbox

Padfone X cases
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hybrid-Plas...Stand-Holster-Asus-PadFone-X-CC-/371106238649
I have bought this one, not too bad. This Ebay store has other cases for the Padfone X also. I'm happy with this one.
too bad that cant fit into the station...
I purchased one from Amazon, they have many derivatives and colors of this one, just search for "LF 4 in 1 Bundle Padfone X" and you should get several hits.
The one at the AT&T Store from Incipio is TERRIBLE and a very poor value for money. I purchased it and ended up returning it because it was just poor quality and actually did not protect the phone from drops etc. It was just a face cover.
FYI
The Seidio spring-clip holster for the LG G3 (without case) fits nearly perfectly - just need a small adhesive rubber bumper on the top clip to prevent the slight movement as the G3 is slightly taller but otherwise nearly the same dimensions as the PX (the kind you stick on the bottom of things to prevent scratching/movement).
With a little creative use of a Dremel, the Incipio station cover works with the mobile dock.
I ould have done better on one side, but it will do for now.

My fiance and I always thought it was stupid that you couldn't use both at once out of box.

Just curious as to what you guys use and what fits. I'm currently using an aluminum bumper but I'm growing ever annoyed with it.

Absolutely nothing. I just like to protect my phones and I had a diztronic case previous to my extended battery I'd like something similar, but can't seem to find any. Given the design of extended batteries, they need to be a bumper just like my aluminum one pictured above...in order to fit properly.

I can't tell which one you are using but it appears similar to the SZLF Bumper case I have (installs the same way). Why do you find it annoying?
I find it annoying because when you press on the battery cover to reinstall (the battery cover) sometimes the front frame pops out - I find the front wire frame a bit flimsy.
I want to get this one:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1802905
but on ebay, I didn't find the black one yet.

I posted a pic in the first post. Basically, it doesn't provide good grip like a tpu case would. It fits OK, but the 2 piece setup rattles a bit sometimes and it attracts dirt.
I also don't think the one you posted would work. It goes around the SPen opening, which can't be done with the extended battery I have.

I usually have data & gps off.... it takes me longer to turn them on then to get a lock.
I bought my tablet Z with a couple of docking stands for around the house but I didn't buy the case as I couldn't find anywhere on how well the two could work together.
I can't see how the tablet could be docked with the case on but has anyone got both and had a play, is it a fiddle?
I generally don't use cases, as I prefer the dock options but my previous tablet, the HP Touchpad you could do both if you so wished and as I've spent a boat load more than the £99 for the Touchpad I'm feeling I should get used to a case.
I'd spend the rather hefty cost for the case if they worked together nicely or I'll just buy a cheapy for when I'm travelling.
Thanks, Manic.

The bottom part of the official case flips out, so it looks like most other cases will not fit. Frameless cases have a better chance of working.

Poetic StrapBack Case will suit it perfectly.
tablet case
Most of the carrying cases that are built by the company have a very smooth surface and texture thereby giving an exceptionally elegant look.
That one, are one of those elegant case.:good:
I just bought my Note 3 from T-Mobile USA, and I'm loving it.
I attend UCLA, and Samsung was having a promotion here where they were giving out flip covers to Galaxy device owners.
I chose the black one to match my device, but they offered to give me either the white or pink one tomorrow.
The fake leather is pretty nice, but it does feel a bit more plastic-y than the battery door the phone came with.
It clips on pretty easily, and there is even 1 card slot inside the cover.
The edges of the door and the cover actually stick out about 5mm past the edges of the phone; I suspect that
will help with very short drops. It doesn't make the phone much thicker either.
I doubt this is really a big deal to anybody though, haha.
I wanted to get a picture of it on the phone, but my Note 3 is the only camera I have in my dorm.

M8 isn't this the wireless charged flip cover and not the simply one? I ask because i see in the inner back side 2 pins and it seems some cabling underneath

I'm thinking now that isn't the charging version because I don't see a view window. I don't know why a plain flip cover needs the electrical contacts, but I've never looked at the plain flip covers for the other models either.

Kick Stand case for Samsung Galaxy NOTE 3
Well I am also looking for a wallet case for my Note 3 but for till then I have pre ordered this Kick Stand case from Fommy as cant take Risk with Note 3 at any condition so just going for this one right now...will be receiving it on October 10 as it is stated in the mail..so surely gonna put up the pics and reviews the moment I will receive it
Those pins are for the wireless charging. The NFC antenna is inside the battery.
It is looking very cool.
I think that the wireless charging cover has more pins. Those two are just for waking up the display when the flip is opened.

Isn't it the magnet that wakes it up?
I was under the impression the pins tell the phone a case is there and when/how to modify the display. On a genuine Samsung cover the phone even knows what color the case is, or so I read.

Well it all depends on your needs and taste.
I dislike big rounded styluses so I ordered a Samsung C Pen which works great for me!.
Cases, well I got a few but nothing so far that I call amazing. As for Battery back ups, there is one that is 4500mAh and outputs 1A which I saw a nice review for it on youtube and feedback seems to be a good choice.

Sony's CP12 Power Cover is a 3000mAh battery case with flip cover & stand and comes with such a stylus. It comes with a magnetic charge cable to charge the battery & phone. It's mains charging process charges the phone's battery before it tops up the case's battery, when the case is charging the phone's battery, when the phone hits 100%, the case stops supplying power.

The stylus is extendable, BTW. The case does add a little more width to this already large phone, but it still fits in the front pockets of my slacks.
Yeah note for 139 I don't think I can do that for a case that seems a bit to steep for me I saw a couple on amazon for about 30 buck but I'll check out the Samsung c pen out

I thought I'd share the case I finally settled on after going through 2 crappy ones. One was a metal frame and the other was all jelly.
This case is like a hard plastic but bendable enough to easily get the phone out if you want. It looks great and is really durable. I like it because you can lay the phone face down and not have to worry about the glass touching the surface.
I haven't noticed any extra heat build up, unless I'm just going nuts, like downloading a torrent and playing a game. It's only about $8.50 shipped and I would recommend this to anyone. Feel free to tell me how much you hate it or love it.

I have the burgundy leather one, but I'm not a big fan of it. It's not as attractive as I expected. Also, I found it too thick for me although it did seem like it would protect from drops. So if you don't like thick cases, this may not be for you.
