Hello,
I Bought Samsung Galaxy I8552 Recently, I Successfully Rooted The Phone And Installed Custom Recovery
Everyone Thing Work Fined but then Accidently I Factory Reset from the phone settings (Stock Rom)
And When My phone boots up , Samsung Logo comes up and i am stucked at Recovery!
I guess i just soft bricked my device!
I Surfed up the internet and decided to Flash Stock Firmware However on Internet I am unable to find the correct Instructions + Correct Firmware
Any Help would be Appreciable!
Please Help!

1st of all search wel b4 creating a new thread there r plenty of related threads and 2nd is dat u dnt hav 2 flash whole rom jst recovery is enuf if ua getng a recovery loop.....

-Sir, I already read the thread you gave me this is why i posted this thread, We need help we posts thread! This is what XDA is for!
Secondly, I already flashed the Stock Recovery and then Flashed the CW recovery again and then ---> Reboot system
still stucked at Recovery loop
I guess, there is no firmware file in the phone this is why it is giving loops!
I guess, i should flash firmware with odin ?

there is nothing wrong in posting threads but it is wrong to hav 100 threads with same topic, anyway back to your question.....
you dont hav a missing firmware, instead you just messed up with cwm.... always remember never select reboot recovery from cwm or any other app coz it will surely get you recovery loop as our cwm has a bug... so always manualy enter cwm, so the solution is flash stock recovery den let your device boot succesfully then again get into download mode and flash cwm recovery. and if even this doesnt help you den flash stock rom, but just doing a factory reset wont make you loose your firmware :laugh:

I Already flashed stock recovery and then again flashed CW , and then SU
but still stucked at recovery loop :\
Now im download stock rom and going to flash it with odin ?

reflash your cwm recovery using odin but
this time tick the auto reboot option on odin..
press thanks button if I helped you....this will work 200%.. ..
Wipe cache and dalvik cache from recovery and reboot...

Have you tried flashing Chainfire rom...?
Go into download and flash Chainfire stock rom, then go from there.
Or get stock rom from

Could also be that you have to flash boot. Img alone...
But youll need to ask someonelse how to do that., cause don't know for sure.

my friend this linnk y send to me i flashed before also the phone is only come to samsung logo and didn't boot i tried the 4 version of stock rom and 3 custom roms with m3 diffrent recovery and the same error so how can i fix my device it is only samsung logo and nothing happen i have p7100v and i tried and tried with no sucess i can flash recovery all ok but the phone didn't boot only samsung logo

Maybe a very stupid question... But did you wait lang enough...?
First time boot can take up to 5 min.
Or is it rebooting over and over... Then i guess youll have to flash boot. Img somehow.

My friend first thanks for your help coz you repaly me fast but the problem is this steps also i know the exactly problem is the dvice didn't boot up only smasug logo after flash i tried many tims wipes and factory reset all yo can imagin the device is new and this problem happen after i try to make format to my device and after that the device only restart on logo samsung and nothing else

I know but i think you can solve your problem with ADB, if you can get in "fasboot" mode you can boot a recovery image.
Instead of using the boot. Img from your tab u can boot it using New boot/recovery image.
Instead of selecting digging robot, select usb.
See if your tab is recognized by typing fastboot device.... It should show your serial..
If not install fastboot drivers....

Can you explain more about boot.img coz i didn't find and i am serach for it to write it using fastboot my deice can go correct to fastboot and also recovery but the problem to boot it normal after i flash any custom rom it give me and error called android boot image not found reason no kernel then i tried to flash many kernels but no sucess

Maybe that was just a typo on your behalf but I have to ask, you are talking about a Samsung Galaxy Tablet and not a Samsung Galaxy phone right?

And download a suitable firmware and flash it via odin!

After installing from ODIN did u wipe data/factory reset?? If u stil hav warranty get it repaired asap..
The same problem arises n first i need to get into recovery so that i can wipe reset but i cant get into recovery
What were you doing / flashing when your phone got bricked?
If ur bricked ur phone wont boot up till samsung screen... Something else think so
if you bricked ur phone u need to find a guide like "how to get into download mode after Brick" i dont know one for the ace but there are some i think.
if you are in download mode then you can reflash a stock rom with odin.

Since you can go to download mode, flash ClockworkMod Recovery 5.0.2.6 and then flash a custom rom

Try full package ROM

I've never mentioned to use ODIN cause obviously he's doing something wrong with it.
He can flash CWM through download mode
Flash a 2.3.3 stock first then only flash 2.3.4 and follow by 2.3.5 and 2.3.6. Do not straight away go for 2.3.6 .

What I did?
a. I was on MIUI 2.4.20
b. Did factory reset from CWM(SiyahKernel v3.1rc6)
c. After then my phone stuck on samsung boot logo.
d. Then i flashed my phone with stock firmware ICS XWLP7.
d(a). I also flashed XXKPA with PIT file(I know not to flash but still I Did, Dnt Know y...), flashing stops at data.img.
<whenever i use 3 files combination(code,modem n csc) i stuck at data.img>
e. After that my phone stuck at samsung logo and restart.
f. i tried to flash XXLPH(Recovery firmware) and succeeded but still on samsung boot logo.
g. Then Flash Lightening Rom 6.1 successfully.
h. I can get into recovery but sd-card mount failed, cache partition failed,etc.
I am able to get in download mode
Able to get in recovery mode only after flashing lightening 6.1(but sd-card mount failed, cache partition failed,etc.)
Please Help me If You Can. i really need>>>>>>>

buddy i am not able to factory reset....I can get in to recovery only by just flashing lightening rom 6.1 but sd-card mount failed, cache partition failed,etc.
problem after doing a factory reset from (SiyahKernel v3.1rc6) recovey is a known issue now...please read the Siyah kernel thread you may find any solution.....

Regret that we are also awaiting the solutions still for those who got effected with that perticula version of the Kernel..
you can still try different firmwares from ODIN,
Plz see the attachment if this could help you to understand my problem.....

flash stockkkkk gb rom and stock kernel , and after that you will have stock recovery as i think which you can make factory reset from it and all will be fine

Ok download mode it's good, flash stock GB ROM, than the wipe code, *2767*3855#
It should wipe now. After that flash the cfroot the newest one, don't have to be your version , when it reboots go to recovery, it will be new recovery now, 5. **
From there format system partition plus all other usual wipes.
Now go to download mode again and flash the stock GB or ICS ROM and wipe with code one last time. You should be fine now.

sir I am trying to flash 3 package files and downloaded many firmwares but it gets stuck at flashing(at datafs or data.img)????
did u use a pit file while the first flash if yes wat was it?

my phone cannot boot..only stuck at samsung logo....it dont even enter the OS as well...
Try flashing the latest siyah kernel using ODIN.

Hello guys. I am guessing that i am having problem with cwm. I followed tutorial on xda forum how to root i8552 with odin, i did all the same as says in tutorial. But when i am trying to go to cwm, with volume+power+home button, screen is blinking but cant load cwm.
I cant even enter in . Anyone got stock recovery for my phone? If i can flash that stock recovery from odin i will be thankfull.

Hi,
Download your device firmware here, http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/
then unzip downloaded firmware file and flash to your device using ODIN.
You can read instructions in the firmware page.

Reflash ing recovery would do no need for complete os
Hi Guys, I Think You Are The Best :good: , My GT-S7262 Is working But CWM Or TWRP Not Working Even When Trying With "Odin" And "Recovery.Tar.md5" file What Is The Problem , Ok I Had A Mistake ,This Mistake Is When I Tried to Add "Recovery.tar.md5" To "PDA" Section I Added it Into "BootLoader" Section yes i know that it's stupid , Nothing Happened Just" Odin" Showed "reset" everything was ok but when i veryfied i found that i made a huge mistake now the CWM and TWRP Doesn't Work Any Way I Tried ..... Please Help Me , I Know Your"s" Team Can Solve My Problem, Thanks Before Guys.

and if it still not working flash stock rom cuz stock rom had bootloader then flash the recovery
The problem is in the partition or block.
Download firmware and flash it and try again.
