I really need one
I tried to find the CSC folder to edit the default.xml so that i can add the arabic support manually but i can't

Currently this will take time to implement cause of my SEM Exams till may 15 , will start working asap after my exams start.
1. Screen-shots
All the screen-shots provided by the ROM developer will be modified to be simple and fast loading.
Example :
All the processing & editing will be done by me , so that the dev's feel no burden because of this idea.
Kernel developers your benchmark scores will also be processed this way .
Just wanted to implement this so that all NEO V rom threads are simple and attractive (minimalistic )

DIMEN'S: 1024 x 342 pix
Compressed for faster loading , but will see that quality will not be compromised mostly.
2.Thread Title
If you feel the above idea to be too simple then heres something to make your thread more attractive
I will provide ROM/KERNEL related threads with a TITLE image which represents their ROM/KERNEL . 2-3 Best features which you think will highlight youur ROM/Kernel will also be shown in that IMAGE .
And Firstly the most active Kernel's/Rom's will get the TITLE IMAGES
EX: ICS kernels / ICS ROMS First .

Indeed a good idea Vimjam
go ahead with this, but if the people learn how to search then they dont have to start a new thread in general, they can ask thier questions in General Chat at the general topic, or they can look in the sticky thread of mine, because i must report 2 a 3 times a day to close a thread to another thread, of double post or its already posted, i hope you understand me, if everyone post my general chat or sticky in thier sig (i mean recognized peeps like vimjam etc) we come a lot further and then everyone knows that

im a Recognized Contributor so a nice text by it is nice to like, stanidng ready for your probs and im always be helpfull, or something like that
This is a modified version of the Jellybean Keyboard aka LatinIME.apk.
It DOES NOT include any other languages besides English.
DO NOT flash if you need or eventually will need a keyboard for another language.
Unmodified size is close to 25 mb.
Modded size is close to 6 mb.
Steps:
Download zip file
Nandroid backup
Flash via recovery
Wipe dalvik
Reboot
Enjoy

It looks exactly the same. It just does not have the alternate languages so you can't change the keyboard to Chinese or Korean, etc. I just took the keyboard apk and deleted the language files.
At last.... D most awaited game has been released and.... guess what it's running on our quattro too on medium graphics with buttery smooth speed!!!
Its fully tested by me so don't stress whether its gonna work or not!!!!
Download the data files from the andropalace site!!!
And thn download v1.02 from the bottom of it!!!
Install apk but do not open it! !!
Copy com.rockstargames.gtasa to sdcard0/android/obb/here!!!
Then start the game by clicking the GTA:sa from the menu!!!
Press the thanx button if I helped you!!!

Here it is 'Samsungsans.apk' that has a lot of fonts.
Remove the existing one from /system/app and place this one ,SamsungSans.apk with any root file explorer change permission to rw-r--r--
reboot.

how to find the installed themes in the device....i.e whether i have to look in system/app folder or system/priv-app folder or some other....

Most ot the themes are installed in data\app like an apk file (for ex.Blue.apk,IOS7.apk,Classic.apk).
If you want to get rid of them you just uninstall them .I hope that i help you..

Should i have to paste this in system/app/..... Right?
But the problem the file is of 100 MB+, i have very low internal memory lower than 100 MB...
So is there other way to use this Font Package like placing it in some other folder.???????????

You can use that...
There are a lot more apps like that, some requires root and some don't need it.
In those apps you need an internet connection to download different fonts and the procedure to apply fonts seems to be weird in all those (my experience only)..... Sometimes the font wont be successfully apllied.
But here in this case, if you are using a Stock or Stock based Custom rom and if u are a rooted user, then you simply copy this font file to the particular location and then reboot the phone, that;s it... Good to go.
After restarting, there will be a large number of fonts, you can apply any fonts without problems...
no internet, no tedious procedures, etc..........

If you don't know how to set permissions, you shouldn't think about messing with system files.
Search by yourself, you will learn a lot.
