I need porting tutorials for XOLO X910.It has intel x86 dualcore cpu with 1.66Ghz also 1gb of RAM & 4GB rom..its on stock rom (ICS 4.0.4).
Bloody LAVA XOLO is ruining the name of intel..

I am a totally new to the world of android. . i have got a lava xolo a700. The thing is it runs on ICS 4.0.4 and there is an JB update available via FOTA for another model of lava named lava xolo a800. But not for xolo a700. Also nothing much difference in both of them. Specs are mentioned below and with a only difference of camera.
1GHz dual core processor, 512 MB Ram - MT6577 chipset
4.5 inch IPS Capactive touch Display - 960 x 540 pixels 16M
4GB inbuilt storage
3G / Wi-Fi
GPS
Camera 5MP and 8MP respectively (A700 & A800).
My question is can i modify that "Update.zip" package making it suitable for my device(xolo a700)?? I tried to flash via CWM but no luck as it is official pack.

hey guys just brought new tab Lava e-tab xtron+ (rk 3066 chip with android 4.2.2) having cortex A9 dual core + quad core mali gpu with 1 gb ram along with latest android 4.2.2. am having difficulty in rooting it. already have lg optimus one p500. have rooted and flashed tons of rom but having difficult time roting this tab. have tries many different ways from net but hvnt been successful. pleae provide a method for rooting this tab. sorry for my bad english

Hello i have a problem with my chinese smartphone, i want to install CWM recovery but any CWM i try to flash is give my only a white screen when i neter in recovery mod.

i cant find anywhere Custom ROM to flash with SPFLASH tool with that display rezolution.
phone have same specs like xolo q800 , allview p5 quad and other... but display rezolution is sucks. i think i brick if i try to flash stock rom from xolo or same phone!!
