So I have CM10.1 Installed for my ZTE Blade G (V880) and I would like to update to CM11.
Nobody has done that ROM yet, so I'm interested in porting it to newer version myself

That's the one I use
Also, if someone actually does have 4.4 OR can do 4.4, than please share it
Thank you

Hello everybody! I own a LG Optimus Net (P690) and I was wondering if the Optimus One (P500) Kitkat 4.4 rom works on my phone. It should work without problems because both phones share the same exact hardware, just the cpu has 800MHz. No one has developed a stable ROM for the P690 for ages and maybe that one would work. Maybe someone more experienced can tell me if I should flash The Kitkat ROM on my P690.
Here is the ROM link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2589303
BTW: On CM9/10 for P690 the camera never worked(Can't connect to camera) and there were some problems with Funny SIMs(I don't have one) and offline charging(I don't know what this means). Please tell me if I can flash that ROM and I will post the result here. I promise!
Anyone please? Let'd don't let this phone die right now, it is a good phone, we just need some devs and tester(I will test any ROM for P690 you give me). Please?
No you shouldn't flash p500 rom on p690. It won't work.
Has anyone tried compiling/porting Lollypop?
I hear it uses the same kernel,
so has anyone gotten it to boot or anything?
CM12
When CM12 releases and someone ports it then only we can taste the lollipop on our device
i believe before we should go to lollipop we should try to perfect first cyanogenmod and kitkat. just my opinion though.
Hello everyone, I've been wanting to build the CM13.0 for my Lenovo K3 note, maybe even the CM12.1 too. But I have a specific doubt which I know I shouldn't have before I proceed any further into learning about ROM development, so I'm asking all of you, please do answer.
The Lenovo K3 Note source code is made public by Lenovo, say if I were to download that and if I use that kernel, will I be able to successfully compile CM13.0 and boot?
I think that will work with the CM12.1 version as the Stock ROM and 12.1 are both Lollipop versions. So my question basically is, will the Lollipop Kernel(provided by Lenovo) work with a Marshmallow ROM(if I am to build one)?
It would be great if you could please elaborate your answers as I'm looking to learn and not just get done with one thing and get caught with another. Thanks for taking time.
Cheers!
Hi everyone,
I need to install and run an app which needs Android 4.2 as its minimum requirement. Which of the ROMS for the LG Optimus L3 E400 do you think can do this? I have the impression that some of the ROMS look like Jellybean or Kitkat but are actually Gingerbread that was made to look like Jellybean or KitKat. My impression might be wrong, so its why I am asking which ROMS will actually register and run as Android 4.2.
Any reply is appreciated. thank you so much.
Hey everyone, I really pray and hope someone has a Gome K1 here that is flashed with a custom rom that has the latest or even updated version of Android. I purchased the Gome K1, and it's a super nice phone and everything, but there are many issues with it.
One of those major problems being there is little to no support! I'm look for a rom (not root), that has atleast android 7.0 or 8.0, let me know what you all think! Thank you guys.
