Hey dev pls tell best suitable configurations to run revolution Rom in my HTC explorer without any lag .I have rooted it and partitioned my 32gb class 10 with 2gb ext2 format . I have installed pico cmw recovery .I tried a other roms but recovery Rom gives best audio quality with enhanced bass that's why I want to use it permanently.I presently use it but games lag too much on this .Pls help me asap.Thanks in advance

Hello I am new to this forum and i wanted to root my Desire HD with a custom rom i.e the Revolution HD which is a very good ROM from the comments i have read. I have downloaded the Advance Ace Hack kit and i read the tutorial and saw the video for rooting and installing a custom ROM. I wanted to know if a 64 bit Windows 7 can cause a problem during rooting? or i need to use linux to perform the root and installation of custom rom?

It should work fine . No, you do not need to use linux to root your device nor install a custom rom.
Hello , I have an Xperia Mini Pro SK17i with stock ICS rom. I want to install a new rom with gaming purposes.
1st Question : Can I fully backup my rom including text messages , contacts , settings and etc and recover it in case i don't like the new rom ?
2nd Question : What rom do you recommend for running games like NBA 2k , FIFA 14 , Real Racing 3 , Asphalt 7 and 8 without lag and with locked BL ?

Yes there are 2 major methods:
1. CWM (nandroid) backup. You boot in cwm and do the backup. It will backup the whole system and data etc! Everything except the kernel, so in order to restore it, you just flash the kernel for the rom and restore
2. For data only use Titanium Backup (root) or helium. You will be able to restore the apps+data on your new rom then if you like it
And there's not best rom and you're not allowed to ask for it on xda! So just look in development section and use the rom that looks best for you according to the features/design/bugs/comments/etc :good:

Hey!
You can use Rescuretion Remix android 7 it hasn't any sound bugs and it's working fast.Don't use the android 6 version it have sound bugs on calling and in much games/apps.
Don't forget to do an Backup before you installing any costum roms.

i am not a very advanced user but you can say i have tried many things after reading your posts
i have iberry auxus beast with MTK6752 3GB RAM and 16 GB Internal Memory.. it came with android 5.0 installed to me.
i was greedy and thought to experiment with it. I wiped this ROM after rooting the phone for a better version but stuck into problem...
1. not getting original stock ROM for auxus beast
2. tried to install many roms throough flash tool but no one is working except MLAIS M52 lollipop (it is treating my phone as 5 GB RAM and 8 GB Internal Storage and also disabled 4G FDD bands (40, 21 etc..)
can anyonne help me by providing appropriate ROM (Any MIUI, CM, PA etc..) that can be installed through SP Flash Tool (Because i know installation through SP Flash tool only)
or
suggest the appropriate way to flash the phone for the suggested ROM...my mail id is [email protected]
